SNOWBALL FIGHT START~!

Characters: Yuffie Kisaragi and OPEN!
Where: Aqures Ixen.. EVERYWHERE!
When: 7th of December
Summary: Yuffie is going to try and start a snowball fight that spans the entire city. No one is safe!!!
Warning: Lots of snow~!

Zack was gone, a new collection of heroes gathered and Yuffie was bored. Honestly what could she do? She didn't want to sit and wait for something to happen. Training was always something to do but it was less fun when she was alone. After a startling discovery Yuffie realized that she didn't want to be alone.

She jumped out of her window landing in the soft white fluffy snow below. That was an idea! Yuffie scooped up the snow forming a perfect ball as an evil grin slipped across her lips.

Yes, that was a great idea!

Yuffie collected snow and began making snowballs. After she made 10 decently sized snowballs she took off towards the city looking for targets. It didn't matter where you were, what you were doing or who was around. Yuffie used her ninja skills to silently sneak up and pelt all those in her path. Those who know her might have gotten more than just one snowball sent their way. No one was safe.

Kidd was ready for the ninja this time and tumbled back as Yuffie came in to intercept. Using her momentum she flung some snow up into the air, as if trying to blind Yuffie with a handful of dust.

"Not bad. Are you this good because of this place? Or did you have training first?"

She giggled softly jumping back down out of view. She wasn't going to stick around if she couldn't see. "I would say both. Besides I'm The Great Ninja Yuffie!" She grinned, not that Kidd could see.

Yuffie poked her head up to look at James curiously for a moment. It would be easy to dodge from this position and she had a question. "So you just got here huh? That way you so slow?"

The kid was good, covering her presence and vanishing like this. Kidd scanned the rooftop as she dropped down and was ready this time as Yuffie popped up. The pirate was crouched and holding a snowball, ready to throw as soon as she had a clear shot.

"Aye, that seems to be the shape of it. My body just doesn't seem to want to cooperate with me." She still remembered her training, but her body felt so stiff and sluggish compared to what she knew. It was frustrating.

"Maybe I should come back after you've adjusted." Not that this wasn't fun but Yuffie was already getting bored. Maybe she has terrorized one to many people today. She didn't imagine that they would really hold it against her though and if they did well, that would be interesting.

"Perhaps, but I don't see us leaving this roof without making one last attempt, am I right? So the question is who's going to back down first?" She rolled the snowball in her hand, watching Yuffie's position. She wasn't sure if she'd make the throw, but she wasn't going to simply lay down her arms and walk away either.

Yuffie continued to move as she spoke.

"Or I could just leave. After all, at my full speed you wouldn't be able to catch up."

Which was true if only because this world wasn't fair to those who had just woken up. Yuffie was a little thankful to have showed up when she did.

Yuffie had a point and Kidd didn't like it. She'd have to work hard to get back to where she used to be. On the other hand it sounded like the rules of this world would allow her to far surpass what she was once capable of.

What WAS this place?

Still, she held her position and the snowball, waiting to see if Yuffie would present an opening as she left. It was a matter of pride after all.

Sadly for Kidd, Yuffie was already gone. She had slipped away down the side of the buildings and onto the street, easily blending in with the holiday crowds. She didn't have anything against Kidd but she knew they would meet again and possibly under less playful circumstances.

Yuffie chuckled to herself once she was a safe distance away. It had been a fun chase.
