Summary: The Heroes of Light have a shared dream— They find themselves in the body of a Hero of Light from two thousand years ago, both witnessing events and reenacting things that happened back then. But these Heroes of Light aren't just anybody; they are people from their homeworlds... And sometimes themselves. Please refer to the second OOC Post for details and plotting.

[She gives a small nod.]

Stay positive... Even at tough odds. [She thinks she could do that. She wants to at least. After all her sister would want to, so why should she.]

We've been here a while, this place is like a second home. We need to protect it at all costs.

Yes! Stay positive and focus. We need everyone in tip-top shape. [Ban punctuates this with a dignified nod of the head.]

Hm... I would agree with you. For the most part. I've gotten quite attached to the freedom I have here. Back in my own realm... Well, demons have a job to do, and it's very strict business. So I think I'd rather stay here, if I can help it.

[Of course, it hasn't been the same for Esteban since his wife died last year, and part of him feels indifferent about staying ever since. While Ban manages to keep his usual cool smile on his face, it disappears for a moment as he hears that voice again. "What happened to her? Why was she here?!"]

[She looked over slightly at the people. Some were starting to get ready, while others were discussing plans and some were just hanging out. It wasn't a strange sight to her any more. She was use to this now, after being here for so long. She wouldn't know if she would be okay with staying here. She had a home back home and with Bloom gone... They would have no heir should she choose to stay.]

Demons are strict, huh? I guess if you like the freedom, then that is a good thing and it gives you a reason to fight. To save this world. [She watches him quietly for a moment.] Something wrong? Your smile went for a moment.

Ah, it's just... [Ban chuckled lightly to himself.] Maybe all the pressure's finally getting to me. I could swear I keep hearing Johnny's voice, but he's not even here yet. But, ah, you have a point. I thought with Rachel gone, it wouldn't matter if I stayed here or not. But the freedom is nice. Plus I think someone needs to keep Johnny in line, sometimes. Or at least, I can try. He rarely listens to what I have to say lately.

You keep hearing voices too? [She thought she had been going crazy hearing her sister and that was mostly because she was no longer here. It was enough to give her a moment to think about it. However she covers her mouth slightly to let out a small chuckle.]

I guess people do need to keep an eye on others, I'm sure Johnny is glad that he has someone to do that.

[He looks a little surprised.] Well, if I am cracking up, I'm glad I'm not doing it alone.

Ha, I don't think Johnny really cares for my help. Our relationship has always been a bit... strained, shall we say. Especially in recent months.

[He shrugs a bit. He knows the struggle that Johnny's life has been. If he was going to blame Ban for it, there was little he could do about that.]

[She couldn't help but be a little confused.]

A little strained? What do you mean by that exactly?

He's never liked me very much. He's had a very difficult life, being a half-demon born and raised among humans, and I'm certain he blames me for it. Ah, despite the fact that I didn't even know he existed before we all arrived here. But he's very stubborn, so I don't think he's going to listen to reason.

[There's that voice again. It's faint, but it's definitely berating him for his choice of description. He's not sure whether or not to be disturbed or to laugh, really.]

...But I digress. Since Rachel died, he's definitely stayed away from me. I'm not sure there's anything I can do about it. He probably blames me for that, too.

Oh... I guess being half demon isn't something that is liked in your world then? [She didn't think it would be a bad thing really, so long as they didn't think of taking over the world or something.]

But I can see how that can make him think the way he does. [She gives a small sigh. There was always so much death and it always seemed to only cause problems like this. It was quite sad really.]

Time usually is a good thing, but... we don't have it here. But if one doesn't try then regret will be a bad thing too. So one can only try and mend things before all of this happens.

Wise words. Well, I can give it a shot, but he is incredibly stubborn. I'd say that's just like a demon, but I think he got that from his mother, actually.

Well usually people get traits from both parents, so who knows who got what in this case. But if you are certain you are probably right.
