At first her expression was a little concerned. Her gaze was bright and hopeful like the innocent gaze of a child. It was only when he said he'd promise that her features relaxed into a warm smile. In that moment she felt as if he had given her wings to fly. There was a warm feeling inside of her that she could only describe as heavenly. It was to complicated and to pure to describe as anything else though Terra hardly has experiance with this sort of thing.
"Thank you, I wouldn't ask for more than that." She knew that he had a job to do and it was important. She couldn't stop the brave hero from following his own path, it was admirable that he was willing to do so much for the army and for the city. He was fighting for what he thought was right.
Her gaze stayed on him even as he looked away. It was hard to break eye contact and she had to remind herself to blink after a moment of staring but the knot in her chest had untangled. She could do this. Even with that small nagging sensation pulling at her deep within her memories.
