Zelda lead Midna outside to the garden where the dumbapple tree curved to the ground. Just as Genesis said, it wasn't bearing any fruit. She sighed softly and then waved Midna over to a bench so that they could sit together. Of course she wouldn't force the girl to sit.
"Why would I think that?" Her voice is measured and calm. "Zelda trusted you, even though you made a mistake."
Zelda smiled slightly, trying her best to lighten the mood. "As silly as it sounds, I do believe Zelda's to be a good judge of character. It's in our blood." Midna might be a princess of darkness but she wasn't evil. Just the other side to a coin and while those in the light can do bad things so can those in the darkness.
"I know that you feel guilt Midna. I remember the first day we met. It makes a lot more sense now. What I mean is... you're still my friend."
