"Thanks." Cloud's own accepting of the compliment was overshadowed by Zack giving another happy trill. He was a smart bird and knew he was being talked about.

As Rukia reached out to touch him he arced his neck to let her brush it more easily. After a few strokes though he then turned to nuzzle his beak against her own cheek, happy to make a new friend.

Cloud took this moment to speak up again, "I work at the Chocobo Ranch just outside of the city. If you need your own bird we have a few there or we can help you catch your own."
