Probably. It sounds a lot like a Chocobo Knight, just using monsters instead. [As for himself, he has little to no interest in Beastmaster. The way Rukia describes it reminds him uncomfortably of Vanitas, and Ven has zero interest (negative interest, even) in pursuing anything similar.]
