Billy raised an eyebrow at the package he'd received out of the blue. It was obviously for him. It had his name on it, and who else in his house needed ammo?

But the message made no sense to him. Whoever it was knew him well enough to find a gift he'd appreciate, but he honestly had no clue who it could be. He hadn't done anything extraordinary to earn a reward.

Since he had no way to thank the person who'd given the gift, he decided to work extra hard at the hospital that day. Paying it forward was the best way he could think to return his mysterious benefactor's kindness.
