It's finally here. The night that will either springboard new relationships, kill wallets, or maybe both at the same time. Even though Saori maybe still be a bit salty at Brigid for signing her up to her crazy idea, she had to give the Moogle some credit. The enthusiastic fuzz ball of a shipper on deck managed to get a good chunk of both Heroes and Moogles rather hyped about this date auction. Not to mention quite handful of them were all to happy to help with preparations.

[Saori can't help but listen to Sparks and Ib's exchange. To Brigid's shock, she goes over to where the girl is.]

Well, you're not entirely wrong about that...but it's something a little different at the same time.

[She opens her bag to pull out a wallet. Why yes, that's a thousand gil she's giving to Ib. She smiles and whispers.]

Here. Don't give my Moogle the satisfaction of winning, okay?

[Ib had been about to ask how it's different, but then oh my gosh a thousand gil!!]

Wow, thanks!

[Ib smiles at Saori with renewed enthusiasm.]

Don't worry, I won't give up no matter what!

[Brigid, it's bad manners to eat while placing a bid. Wait, when did she have a kupo nut moon pie jammed into her mouth? Nice throw, courtesy of Saori with the ninja job. Not even Brigid can resist a kupo nut treat so it'll keep her busy until the end of the bid before she knows it.]
