It's finally here. The night that will either springboard new relationships, kill wallets, or maybe both at the same time. Even though Saori maybe still be a bit salty at Brigid for signing her up to her crazy idea, she had to give the Moogle some credit. The enthusiastic fuzz ball of a shipper on deck managed to get a good chunk of both Heroes and Moogles rather hyped about this date auction. Not to mention quite handful of them were all to happy to help with preparations.

While Jack is waiting for Minako, he gets a slap upside the back of his head. Not too hard, but not too soft, either. He can take a guess who it's from pretty easily.

"You are unbe-friggin'-lievable."

Jack rubs at the back of his head but all he can say for himself is to laugh a lot and grin at Johnny yet again. "He-ey, I don't mind sharing, and I was willing to bet none of them minded, either. It's very hard to say no to Yuna or Rikku, if ya haven't noticed."

Jack holds up a hand as if to ward off another attack. "But. I'm calling dibs on the 8th through the 10th," Jack has an airship schedule with him, which he holds up. "Because I think we've both seen enough of this city for a little while, hmm?"

Another glance at Johnny. "You've got Dark Knight as one of your jobs, right?"

Johnny wanted to embarrassingly gripe some more, folding his arms sharply, but Jack has successfully distracted him.

"Yeah, I've got it maxed out. Why, whattaya up to?"

"I am offering, three days in Trano Golsaucia. I've wanted an excuse to go there for a while. And while there, in between blowing all my money at the casinos, hunting some of the local wildlife. I'd recommend either Dark Knight or something that does healing. I'm trying to get something to help upgrade my equipment, but I'm doing this all on a hunch from Chiaki," he'll be straight forward about the fact that he isn't sure if he's going to get what he's looking for. "But her hunches have been right on the money in this place, so far."

"So, just in case the treasure hunt turns out to be a bust, I figured I should go somewhere interesting to spend the rest of my time. Somewhere not here." A smile. "You up for causing some trouble?"

He looks pleasantly surprised. A trip, and what sounds like something that might need its butt kicked during a treasure hunt. He doesn't need to spend too long thinking it over.

"Yeah, okay. Sounds good. But you owe me, like, a hundred goddamn beers for this whole debacle, once we get there. You got me?" Johnny pokes his shoulder roughly, trying hard to still look aggravated. He's not a very good actor.
