Summary: Midnight is approaching, ghosts are everywhere and clouds are slowly gathering above the old observatory... What does it all mean? This post is open to all characters, there are no sign-ups for this.

Billy didn't know Cloud, and he'd heard if people died, they came back to life, so he did not get what the fuss was about.

But it didn't seem like his place to get into the ethical debate about what to do with the sparkly Hero. The moogles seemed to be universally reviled, though, and Billy aimed a Status Bullet at the head of the nearest one.
