Summary: Midnight is approaching, ghosts are everywhere and clouds are slowly gathering above the old observatory... What does it all mean? This post is open to all characters, there are no sign-ups for this.

And I know full well what she is capable of. [Tear understood she wasn't the strongest physically, but seeing the capabilities of her shadow firsthand with a single attack was enough to know that those same limits didn't apply. Though Ace's attempts to knock her weapon back succeed in at least making her stumble back and fall out of ready position, Tear knew that it would hardly give them the advantage. She had heard the melody earlier, it was for that very reason she had fought so hard to escape her earlier opponent and worried now that he would eventually find his way back to her again.

Without wasting another moment she sets right to casting, hoping to take advantage of the opening Ace had made in turn before the phantom could retaliate against either of them. It was as he had said; this was a stalling game, and now that he was here she had to ensure he made it out.]
