WHO: Rukia Kuchiki, OPEN!
WHAT: A group of adventurers sets out to find themselves some new feathered friends, as well as spend time together camping out and battling monsters. On the last day, the adventure is capped off with a battle against a chocobo eater.
WHEN: November 7th - 9th
WHERE: Calm Plains

OOC NOTES
There will be two threads for each day: one for mingling, and one for fighting monsters/encountering chocobos. The encounter schedule is listed below. Assume encounters A-E happen in the daytime, and F-J happen at night. We can assume that most of the encounters are handwaved, so if there's one you'd love to play out, start a thread with the encounter listed in the subject. Example: Day 2, Encounter X: Five Hamsters.

Note: We will not find five hamsters. No one is allowed to die horrifically in this fun-filled expedition.

Some chocobo captures are reserved for those who signed up, and have been marked accordingly. You can claim one of the encounters on this list, if you like. And if you're a new character, you can join too! Either assume Rukia mentioned it to them and invited them along, or PM me and I'll have Rukia meet your character in the intro log if she hasn't already.

[It looks like the capture is a success! Rukia smiles, allowing her clone to vanish for good this time, and approaches Yuna to give her a high five with a sound 'swak' of their palms.]

[Unslinging her pack, she fishes out a fistful of Gysahl Greens to give to her friend. That should seal the deal between her and her chocobo.]

[Yuna takes the green leafy treats and then holds them out for the chocobo to munch on. At first it doesn't look like he's going to take them but after a moment he gnaws on the greens eating up every bit in Yuna's hand and then using his beak to search her for more.

She rolls off the bird as his beak inspects Yuna's clothing.]

Do you have more?

[When the chocobo's efforts brush against her belly she begins laughing. Yuna is rather ticklish.]

[Rukia shakes her head.]

Unfortunately, no. I only brought enough for each person who signed up.

[Which means she might not have enough for her own chocobo at this rate, since more people showed up than RSVP'd, but she's convinced that when she and her future chocobo meet, they'll be great friends from the very start.]

Cloud may have brought additional supplies, however. Perhaps you could ask him?

[Yuna laughs pushing her chocobo's head away.]

I will then.

[She looks over at Rukia with a wide smile, the chocobo nibbling at her side.]
