I came in like a Blitzball
Who: Minako Aino and You
What: Practice and Minako being Minako afterwards
Where: C-01 and around
When: Backdated November 10th
Warnings: Minako being Minako.
A) Blitzball!
[Minako stood holding the ball firmly in her grasp. Sure she wasn't swimming in water right now but it didn't stop her from trying to train every so often. So setting up a couple of targets on the streets she was ready to start practising her passes as she knew she needed some improvement over that more than anything. So with her eyes firmly placed upon her intended target with another blocking her way, Minako aimed and threw with a little too much might sending it flying, hitting the target sending that flying back with the ball still going.
Before Minako had a chance to react and chase after the ball it managed to hit some poor unsuspecting passer-by, causing Minako to rush on over with a genuine look of concern.]
Are you okay? Are you bleeding anywhere?
B) C-01
[With today's rather eventful practice clear in her mind, Minako had set about simply relaxing at home and doodling to Billy's chores chart, because no way in hell she was going to do them unless her moogle asked her to. With the pen in her hand she set about drawing various doodles across before before stepping back and admiring her work. She was happy with that as she closed the lid of the pen before putting it away and heading to the kitchen fully expecting her moogle to be there. But he wasn't. As she thought about where he could possibly be, her stomach started to grumble. She was hungry and she wasn't sure how long she could wait until she starved to death. So she set about setting something up and cook herself. After all it couldn't be that hard, right?
She was to soon find out how not easy it was as within minutes she had somehow managed to set a pan on fire. Panicking she rushed over to quickly grab a pan of water to throw at the flaming inferno. Some of the water completely missed while some of it managed to hit it dead on. It helped a little bit, but not enough as Minako ran to grab a damp table clothe and throw that on instead. That seemed to do the trick as all she could do now was sigh with relief. Anyone who came on at this point will be welcomed with smoke coming from the kitchen and a mess that was within it.]

A sizable pool of water has formed on the ground right in front of the stove, drowning charred remains of... well, food of no longer recognizable origin, and of course, that poor cloth, never to be used again with that newly-created gaping hole right in the middle of it. Not an unusual sight by any means, but that is not to say it got any less painful whenever the history repeated.
Shoulders slumped, the Moogle stares at Minako woefully before proceeding to open every window in the room, uncaring of the cold gust of wind that follows. Don't underestimate that Moogle fur. ] Kupo... [ In case you couldn't tell, it means "not again..." in kupo-language. ] Where's Artemis?
no subject
I don't know, I guess visiting moogle relatives or something. Do moogles have relatives?
[She had already gone and picked up the cloth, throwing it into the bin before she paused. She knew they had a mop but she never had to use that before. Thinking it might be with where they keep the broom she headed off to fetch it. When she returned she had to raised in victory.]
I found the mop!
no subject
Don't tell me you know what to do with that. I might have a heart attack.
[He looked around, smelling smoke and feeling cold wind blowing in from the window.]
What did you do?
no subject
O-obviously, where the kupo do you think we come fro--
[ Seeing Billy, she freezes for a moment, only to fly off to the side while they discuss their differences. She knows them too well to willingly become a part of that. ]
no subject
Only an idiot doesn't know how to use one. Besides I only don't work when you tell me to to there. [She stuck her tongue out at him because he deserved it. Sorry moogle you might soon got caught in the middle.]
(no subject)
my apologies if you've been waiting for me!

However, this is Tsubomi and she can't have everything go TOO perfect for her, thus, as she casually walked down the street, she had no idea that she was about to get hit... until she did, letting out a yelp and falling to the ground in a daze as she was pummeled in the head. She laid their dazed and confused, even as Minako ran up to her.]
no subject
He-hey, please wake up! {She she spoke her hand gently rested on the others shoulder as she started to shake them.]
no subject
[It takes Tsubomi a bit to start coming to.]
Ow... I-I'm... I'm okay.
no subject
Good, though I really am sorry. I honestly didn't think people passed by here. Seems so quiet after all.
no subject
N-No, no... my fault. I used this way as a shortcut. I... should have realized others could have used this, too.

A Chocobo is also standing nearby nibbling from a dropped bag full of greens. Greedy thing.
Cloud is probably not dead.]
no subject
Come on... Wake up. I don't want to be the cause of death by blitzball.
no subject
What happened? What was that?
no subject
[She laughed if somewhat awkwardly because yeah, it sounded really stupid.]
no subject
It takes him a moment more before he slowly shuffles up to his knees. Looking up at Minako he rubs the growing lump where it hit him.]
You practicing? Are you going to try to join the team?

Oh, no, I'm fine.
no subject
Really? Because it was going at quite a rate.

[It's likely to leave a bruise, but Pyrrha's dealt with those before. Also, she doesn't want to make Minako feel more guilty than she already does.]
What kind of ball is this? I've never seen anything like it before.
no subject
[She goes to fetch it for now at least, holding it up so the other could get a closer look at the ball and the bumps that were upon it.]
Unless you have balls like this.
no subject
[She leans her face a little closer to have a better look at it.]
I've been thinking of trying to join the team, actually. It sounds challenging and fun.

When Minako comes running up she’s lightly rubbing her nose which is tinted a light rosy pink shade. Her mismatched gaze flicks up towards the girl before a smile pulls over her lips.]
I’m fine. Are you practicing?
[Yuna will suggest going somewhere less traveled if she’s going to send Blitzball’s in all directions.]
A
[She had spent five minutes checking the place out before she set up and everything. She sighs a little defeated. Was there really anywhere she could practice out of water.]
I thought I could get a promotion soon to be in the team permanently so I thought to do this...But it probably was not the best idea, so sorry.
Re: A
Don’t be sorry. I’ve seen you play; I know you have enough to be on the team. I actually have a place just out of the city where I practice. I can show you but for now here should be fine.
[Anywhere in the city makes hitting people a possibility.]
Do you mind if I join you?
Re: A
Okay, though are you sure? Because I think I've hit a good few people already today.
[She kind of lost count after a while though and she still feels pretty bad about each and every one of them.]
I don't mind at all. At least this way nothing can go wrong.
A
I'll try and catch it if it goes flying away. It'll be good practice.
[She walks over stretching her arms to either side.]
Are you practicing passing, shooting or tackling?
