The same wistful smile is echoed in her own expression, though there was still the sliver of guilt that made its way into her heart upon hearing such sincere words. So she simply nods, motioning for him to follow her into the basement even though she knew it wouldn't exactly be the warmest place in the house; she would simply have to find a solution once they were there.
