[Truth be told when the idea came up of moving to another place with the rest of them Ichigo didn't really see the point. It wasn't as if they were living in different cities or anything and really, he only knew Rukia and Raven. Well, Raven only a tiny bit. But Rukia's been acting a little different ever since that Sage business and he's been a little concerned about that. Besides... what harm could it do?]

[Like his room at home he hasn't acquired overly much--a few books he's either been given or borrowing, some personal affects, both forms of his sword for some reason, his Job armor. The usual items a teenager should have. He's currently trying to decide between sharing a room with someone or try to go for one of the single rooms. Honestly he doesn't care but he doesn't know if anyone has any preferences. He's disciplined enough by his crazy goat of a father to keep his room clean no matter where he is so it isn't like he was going to be a terrible housemate. Better to ask then.]

Uh, has anyone settled in one of these yet?

[Though everyone's busy moving their own things into the house. Maybe he should just pick one. Hmm.]

[ Did Raven know that Rukia and Ichigo have absolutely no romantic feelings for each other? Yes. Was he going to acknowledge that fact and move on with his day like any normal person? No. Raven had found that Ichigo could have entertaining reactions when the right buttons were pushed, and so he evoke those reactions whenever he could.

He wasn't entirely dilly-dallying either. He at least carried the lamp that was given to him so that it could be placed in whatever room end up being his. ]

Are ya sure ya don't want ta room with yer girlfriend?

[ The last time Raven was subtle, the joke went right over the boy's head, so he knew there was no room to be shy. If he wanted a real reaction, he had to go for gold! ]

Girlfriend huh?

[ Yuri peeked in somewhat intrigued by the comment. ]

Honestly, if you two want to cozy it up in here, that's totally fine with me.

[ AND the former imperial soldier is chiming in his two cents. He doesn't know who Ichigo is, but he's certainly not afraid to jab once or twice. After all, Raven set that up for conversation after all. He also waved to the both of them when he remembered his manners. ]

Yo Old man, and I don't know your name, but I'm Yuri. Yuri Lowell. I suppose we'll have to get used to each other since we'll be living here together.

[ Haha, Yuri is not even going to hide that sarcasm. ]

[At first Ichigo doesn't realize that comment is directed at him. It's a brief moment before he glances a bit blankly at Raven then what both men said starts to sink in. It takes no time from his face to go from blankly confused to nearly mortified then a cross of being a bit flustered and angry all at once. Cozy? What the hell did he mean by cozy?!]

Hah?! What the hell are you talking about, Old Man? She's not my damned girlfriend!

[And who the hell was the other guy to say that sort of thing anyway? Does he live here too? What the hell did Ichigo agree to?!]

That's what an embarrassed, young man would say about his soon ta be wife.

[ Oh yeah. He escalated it. ]

[ Yuri busts out laughing at Raven's comment. This was too much. The poor guy didn't know what he was getting himself into. Yuri knew with all his friends being trolls to some extent, there was bound to be some shots being fired. ]

Whoa, you two are engaged?! Shorty didn't tell me about this! When's the wedding?

W-wife?!

[How did it suddenly go from girlfriend to soon to be wife?! He's sixteen! He's had no time to even think of things like that nor does he want to. These two seriously are asking for it and to think he's going to have to be housemates with these people! Maybe rooming with the girls at his old house is the lesser of two evils. He unfortunately didn't interact with them much but they didn't make any attempts to make crazy things up like this. As far as he knows anyway.]

Are you insane?! No way! Who would be crazy enough to marry her?!

[That earns Ichigo a swift and solid kick to the seat of his pants...]

[FROM A GIANT RABBIT IN THE DOORWAY?!?! --Oh wait, no, it's just Rukia holding her Christmas present from the queen, her face half-mashed into the enormous plushie's side as she scowls at her friend.]

I heard that, fool.

[Well yeah, obviously. Yuri and Raven aren't safe either, however, since her glower moves to them next.]

Oy. Don't you have more important matters to take care of than needling teenagers? Leave him be.

[This might be more intimidating if she didn't go waddling off bumping into furniture as she tries to see past the big stuffed bunny she refuses to put down on the filthy floor until she gets to her room.]

[ Seeing that unusual stuffed raaaabbit thing(?) made him glad that he pack light. Though if he end up bring his bed... ]

Ya got a lot ta learn about women.

[ Oh Ichigo. So young. So naive. ]

Well you certainly are honest.

[ Yuri crossed his arms as he watched the scene unfold. Way to say that aloud Ichigo. He's not even feeling sorry for the other and only because Yuri almost got kicked around a couple times himself. ]

Or use the proper language when speaking about women. They're sure aggressive people aren't they?

[ Yeah not sorry. ]

[The kick should have been expected after all this time but it still catches him off guard as he stumbles further into the room. He turns to give Rukia a piece of his mind but then he sees the rabbit. The absolutely giant. Fluffy. Stuffed. Rabbit. He glowers at it for a moment in a mix of disbelief and irritation as Rukia hauls it away. Where did she even get that thing?]

[Then the scowl gets turned to the other two.]

What do you mean learn? And more importantly who the hell says things like that in the first place?!

[ And here Raven thought taunting was a normal social exchange. Ichigo was making it seem like people never do that. ]

You'll get it soon enough.

[ Maybe. ]

[Get what? Saying stupid careless things about girlfriends and... wives?! Does he have a sign on his back or something? He continues to glower at them before huffing out an annoyed sigh.]

Whatever. No one's answered my question yet.

What the old man says. Plus it's not that hard to get right?

[ He chuckled as crossed his hands. ] You'll have to get used to this since we're not exactly, well behaved folks.

[ He added with another amused laugh. ]

Oh I'll leave to the old man since he's more experience in this kind of stuff than I am. I was going to ask what you all wanted for dinner.

[ How would he learn if all the answers were given to him? ]

I got an idea.

[ Raven swung his free arm around the back of Ichigo's neck and pulled him in for a more personable conversation. ]

Wanna head ta the red light district?

Great...

[Ichigo sounds none too enthusiastic about that news. Some of his friends back home weren't exactly well behaved either but it feels like they're picking at him on purpose. Maybe he really is the new guy of the group. Other than meeting Raven once or twice he only really knows Rukia.]

Look, all I wanna know is anyone's taken one of these rooms already--

[His attempt to redirect the derailed hazing is interrupted by the sudden arm pulling at his neck. He didn't like it much when Keigo would do that nearly constantly, almost trying to take his head off in the process and it's no different now. Raven receives an unimpressed look at his suggestion but... no answer. Red light district..? He hasn't heard of that place around Aqures before and he tries to puzzle it out without trying to look too confused.]

[Why does he get a bad feeling about this? Is this another trick?]

[ Yuri rolled his eyes at Raven's response. Well, it could be worse. The Red Light District wasn't entirely that bad if people were looking for a good time. Yuri didn't make any comment on what the Red Light District was yet. He only watched and laughed at the scene that was being played out. ]

Flynn and I are sharing a room. Looks like Shorty's got her own space too. That means you and the old man have to figure out if you want to room with Shorty or Each other.

[ He replied with a smirk. Of course, he joins in with Raven and drapes his free arm around the other. ]

Sounds like the old man's got a lot of plans for you.

Ah, Rukia. Such a beautiful vixen!

[ Raven kept a hold around Ichigo, to keep the conversation personable still. ]

I wouldn't mind sharin' a room with her.

[An eyebrow ticks when Yuri throws his arm over his other shoulder. These are the friends that Rukia has? Ichigo knows she's not perfectly knowledgeable about the human world but she can't be that bad a judge of character. They're all supposed to live together. And not kill each other--]

[His hands clench into fists at Raven's next words and Ichigo rams his elbows into both of their sides rather hard.]

Shut the hell up! I don't know what this stupid district crap is--and you're definitely not rooming with her, you perverted old man--but Rukia trusts you. If you prove her wrong though I'm gonna kick both your asses, got it?!

[ Yuri was having a lot of fun messing with the guy alongside Raven. It was always a bad combination to have the both of them together sometimes. They were living together and no blades were drawn yet. It's just some curious house warming Ichigo! Don't be so shy!

The swordsman chuckled and blocked the elbow to his side since he's not interested in sporting injuries the first day here. ]

Oh is that so? Perhaps, we should enlighten you when we get the chance to.

[ Raven got the reaction he wanted out of Ichigo, though he could have lived without the elbow. The arm hanging around Ichigo departed in favor of the minor injury inflicted upon him. His other hand was still preoccupied with the lamp, so his newly free hand was used to brace the pain.

He grunted softly with a short chuckle. ]

We'll share a room then.

[ What a kind friend? Rukia really knew how to pick them. He might want to be careful with the threats around Yuri, it was sure to be taken as a challenge. ]

[Ichigo's hackles are already up from their insistent needling--he really should ignore them--and he hopes this isn't an everyday thing. ...He has a feeling it might become that. Damnit, this move better be worth it.]

Whatever. I meant what I said so knock it off.

[It still surprises her, even though it shouldn't, when she overhears Ichigo speak out in her defense. He's a good kid, and a fantastic friend. She lingers out of sight in the empty room she picked, just leaning against the wall with a little smile on her face. They're all good friends, aren't they? She murmurs quietly to herself.]

I heard that too, fool...

[But seriously if they don't quit giving him a hard time and seem like they're about to drive him off, she's going to have to stomp in there and start literally kicking ass.]

[ Yuri was done playing around so he released Ichigo on his own accord and shrugged some as the other spoke. ]

Right, right. Let's not be a poor sport now. I'll leave you two to your doings.

[ Yuri will probably leave them alone now and he notices Rukia as he's heading her way to his room so he could help Flynn finish moving. At least, he knew the other guy wasn't a bad person to have around. They sized him up pretty well. ]

Let me know if you two need a hand moving things.
