let the water gunning games begin!

What: Kuwabara and Yusuke are feeling a little down since the settlement, now they’re here to lighten things up with some good old fashion fun.
Warnings: Childish water violence, maybe some profanity, but general fun.

Things haven’t been quite as serious here since coming to this part of continent, and maybe that was the good thing. Since arriving in Crystallis, things have been grim and unfavorable. None to kind, filled with harsh lessons and ugly realities. Typical life bullshit everyone had to deal with.

But while the mood was light, and they could take a breather for a change, the boys decided to make the most of it. It just so happens this stupid world managed to carry some familiar toys. Being these so-called heroes gave them a decent wage, and they used some of their gil to invest in various types of water guns. What others might consider a waste, the young adults considered money well spent. They went through the trouble of filling them, and hiding them throughout the town for others to find.

Without warning, Kuwabara will find himself gunned down with a line of water hitting his face. Kuwabara was just one of many targets to come. Yusuke already hit some unsuspecting natives. Not everyone could appreciate a good laugh, but who the hell cares?

The mood was too dim for the both of them and having suffering losses on both their ends, it seemed fitting to do something they typically do, even as adults in which included a lot of immature pranks towards each other and forgetting who got caught in the crossfire with them. Kuwabara was a bit more lenient and strayed from the female population while, Yusuke seemed to be getting Kuwabara’s nagging about hitting girls.

“Oi Urameshi that’s cheating! You could have waited half a second!” the older teenage boy with the bright orange hair retorted as he was splashed in the face with water and having it hit him square in the face and up his nose! He’s none too happy before he sends a large blast of water from one of the larger water guns in Yusuke face.

“Then don’t let your guard down. Now pipe down, here comes some people now.”

Yusuke sat perched, not far from his friend, on top of a building. He quietly waited for the upcoming victims to walk within range of the water gun he held. Give that his spirit energy was in the form of a gun, his aim was pretty good. The former detective pulled his trigger just at the right moment.

"Nooooooo!" Chappopo wailed, paws flailing as her fur was soundly doused. She shook herself and plumped up her fur with a petulant glare. "Oooo, that does it. I'm fighting too!"

Paw slapped hand as Rukia and her sidekick high fived. This would be good training as a Beastmaster, which provided them with extra incentive to take Yuri down.

"So be it!" Rukia retorted, bolting after Yuri. Despite having shorter legs, she was quick on her feet, and by the time she was halfway down the alley she was already smiling as if she were having the time of her life. Running through the streets like this, shouting at her friends and getting each other wet, brought back strong memories of her childhood in the Rukongai. Hadn't Yuri grown up in a similar fashion? She wondered if it struck a nostalgic chord with him as well.

She took careful aim as she chased after him, aiming to squirt him in the back of the head while Chappopo took to the skies and zipped further ahead. To catch their prey, they would first have to trap him between them.

Yuri laughed aloud as the poor moogle gets drenched in water as he runs the other away. He's highly amused with his lack of maturity that was for sure. Yuri was going to ensure that the two of them loosened up some.

"Excellent. Maybe you can go hit up Acrisius while you're at it. I'm sure the grumpy fellow would join you."

He winked at Chapo as he moved to get away from the both of them, disappearing around the corner of a building. Yuri dodged the first squirt as it was trying to hit him from Rukia and he moved to the other side around another corner down the alley this time after the first alley he turned the corner one. It definitely reminded him of the nostalgic past he had. Of course, Rukia had also stated she grew up in the same manner so it was as if this were simple child's play for the both of them.

Good luck with that one you two, he's pretty sly.

"That 'grumpy fellow' sends his regards," Flynn stated in a matter-of-fact tone, holding his water gun about an inch from the back of Yuri's head. "You want to take a shot, Rukia? I owe this guy for drenching me earlier."

This was fun. It was like the old days... when Flynn and Yuri stood on equal footing.

Yuri could run wherever he liked. As long as he was outdoors, however, Rukia would know his exact position thanks to her eyes in the sky. Chappopo gestured wildly to show which way he'd turned, to which Rukia gave a sharp nod to show she understood.

Once Rukia had him in her sights again, a fiendish smile spread across her face. She thrust out her hand, uttering a quick, single word. "Blizzard!"

The weakest of the Ice spells, but she wasn't intending to do any harm, nor was she aiming at Yuri. She aimed instead at the long patch of street right in front of him to see if she couldn't upset his balance.

When the Blizzard spell came at Yuri, he literally ducked low and swung his foot in attempts to tripping Flynn instead, and making a run for it because hell no he's not going to play fair if it's going to be three against one. He's going to play dirty-- well he never played fair to begin with but seriously who uses ice spells right now even if they're light?!!!

"Hey, Hey now that's cheating. You three aren't allowed to do that!"

Only his tone was joking and half sarcastic as he makes a break for it whether his act worked or not. Sorry but not sorry Flynn.

"You're complaining about the adversaries you yourself provoked?" Rukia glowered, though internally, she was having the best time. Yuri could duck all he wanted, but he was still heading straight for the alley she'd just iced. Unless he was particularly skilled in parkour, he'd have to find some way of navigating over the slippery stretch of ground.

Rukia caught up to Flynn and slapped her palm against his. As far as she was concerned, he was now a part of Team Humility, hellbent on making Yuri pay for his arrogance.

"Perhaps you should concentrate on making peace. Only then would you stand a chance of success."
