Event || Crystallis de Chocobo
Characters: All the Heroes of Light participating in the event.
Where: Chocobo Farm
When: The 16th of August.
Summary: One day after having received a letter from Biggs telling them to get a Chocobo, the Heroes of Light's Moogles will show them the way to the Chocobo Farm. There, the old man in charge of the place will explain to them how to capture their own Chocobos. This post is for all Chocobo related activities. Characters can start their own thread and engage in Chocobo activities, help each other, etc.
There will also be a thread for characters to question the Old Man and Moogle in charge of the farm, as well as another one for the Boss Battle against the Chocobo Eater. Please refer to the OOC Post for instructions on how to capture a Chocobo and what can be done with them. The specific content of the rewards will be posted once the event over.
Warning: Boss Battle against a Chocobo Eater.
Old Man & Moogle Questions
BOSS BATTLE: Chocobo Eater
Upon arriving at the Chocobo Farm, the Heroes of Light will be greeted by the old man and his faithful Moogle (who seems to be at least as old as he is, if not more). The Chocobo Farm looks exactly as what one could expect of a farm dedicated to Chocobos: vast areas where Chocobos can run freely, enclosures and stables where both regular and professional racer Chocobos are kept and of course a house where the old man and his Moogle live. East of the farm is a cliff, not a very tall one, but certainly tall enough should one stumble and fall. Chocobos can be seen passing by the area, but they're too far and too fast to be captured.
Noticeably enough, the enclosure is empty. And the old man is quick to explain why: a Chocobo Eater has eaten what little Chocobos hadn't been sold yet! Thankfully, the creature isn't anywhere to be seen, so for the time being the Heroes of Light can hunt Chocobos without having to worry. The Moogle will give each Heroes of Light a Chocobo Lure, along with instructions on how to use it and explanations regarding the different types of Chocobos. Thanks to the Chocobo Lure, Chocobos running in the distance will now approach the characters... Hopefully they will be friendly Chocobos.

It's molesting time. Awww, yeah, baby.
That was one of the reasons Gaara got along with Tear so well. They didn't have reservations about killing people, back at the facility. They were true warriors. Except that Tear had a notable soft side, while Gaara actually derived pleasure from killing.
How close... Very close?]I see. [A bit of a blank stare.] Who is Mohs?
[He answers bluntly, seeing no reason not to keep this information a secret from Luke.] I told her we are lovers. [He tilts his head a little, and finally relents by letting go of Luke's hair.] She doesn't seem to understand the meaning of that word. However, she knows that I care for you. With regards to your feelings, I instructed her to ask you, if she felt inclined to. I cannot speak on your behalf.
[He doesn't know, to be completely honest. Luke likes him, yes. But he doesn't want to tell Karura something inaccurate. They aren't his feelings to decipher and reveal.]

Can't molest the willing, sir.
There...was a reason that Luke had referred to her as "cold-hearted", early on. She, typically, knew how to put her feelings aside, when fighting. Even when fighting her own brother, she hadn't held back.
That...depends on how close is "very" close.]Mohs was the Grand Maestro of the Order of Lorelei. Early on, he marked both Natalia and me as traitors, and we were sentenced to death for the sake of following the Score. Not too long after that, he kidnapped Anise's parents for the sake of persuading her to bring Ion to Mt. Zaleho. It was there that Ion was convinced to read the Planetary Score, which...is what...killed him.
[His breaths falter just a bit and he looks to the side. There are a lot of things he never truly got to talk to anyone about. His friends had all been there to witness it, so there was never a need to talk about it. After Ion's death, he'd had to force away his own sadness, for the sake of comforting Anise. Nevertheless, he forces his expression to relax as he continues.]
After that, he wound up getting implanted with the Seventh Fonon, by Dist -- one of the Seven God-Generals. Mohs' body couldn't handle it, so he mutated into something unrecognizable. [Looking back to Gaara, now that his expression is under control.] We defeated him at the Radiation Gate.
[His face reddens at Gaara's answer, and he nods. He doesn't move his face away, even after his hair is released.] Well, she can ask me any time. My answer wouldn't be any different from yours.
[He smiles, softly. He cares, a lot, for the other teen. They are lovers, as well as boyfriends. Leaning forward, he places a kiss on Gaara's forehead.]
