It was bad enough that it seemed that many of the "Heroes" had disappeared suddenly, but there was something much more concerning. Twilight had been curious about the new Report from Palitutu that had been revealed and the results were. Sobering. Mind-breaking, in fact. So much that it lead her to just wander out of the labs and head out towards any random place, finding herself to be at a bar.

Now, this would end up catching the attention of one Deadpool, who couldn't understand why a pastel-colored pony would be at a bar. And after she told him, he was right there along with her.

It sounds like the set up for a joke, doesn't it?

Well, there's the idea of revealing that the Heroes of Light is nothing but a lie to the general public, but I'm pretty sure that would cause a riot.

Right now, I'm thinking of changing the purpose of investigating the Lunar Gate. At first, I just wanted to see what was in here. Now? I wanna see what we can learn, especially about the tree.

I also think we deserve some answers from other people. Which means talking to people we don't want to.

Agreed. And I mean... Bein' a Hero 'a Light still means something. To everyone else on this stupid planet. They're countin' on us to fix this mess. No reason to stop doin' everything we can. Cuz if not, we might as well lay down and the Calamity go about its business. And I ain't ready to let it do that, so sir.

[Sparks confidently knocks back the rest of his drink and pounds the empty class down on the bar. This only gets him a dirty look from the bartender, though.]
