"Yell if you need healing!"

He hoped he looked impressive and not silly.

So fire did some damage, huh? And hopefully, so did Shiva when she summoned her before. Because the ninja had a plan.
Rising the best she could, she once again used High Summoner to call on Ifrit, followed by Shiva, hoping the sudden drastic change in temperature would have an effect.

Using the momentum of the wind he swung himself around the hilt of the sword and back towards his foe. With practiced skill he broke his sword down into two, delivering back to back Shocks!

Most of them seemed to be hanging in there, though. After casting Curaga on Santa, Jade went on the offense and let loose an Ultima.

Theme of the Crystals carried through the air to her allies, alongside a rousing tune of her own composition that those of her world would find somewhat familiar—Finish The Promise, seeking to drive their spirits into landing critical blows.

"Doesn't anyone here have a fire-based Limit Break?! Now would be a good time to use it!" She didn't care if no one could hear her over this wind but she had to try.

> Akh Morn
A set of five energy beams crashes onto three different targets. Hit anyone on the same platform then the target.
Each beam deals damages equal to 15% the targets's maximum health.
The Heroes of Light targeted by Akh Morn are: Pyrrha, Tear and Reno. They and anyone sharing a person with them will lose 75% of their maximum health. This will kill them if they were already beneath 25% of their maximum health.

Re: 2/2
Jack looks away from the dragon, and looks instead to Chiaki. A hand reaches out, as if just his will could cover the distance between them, and protect her from so far away.
Remember what the Face of Boe said. His dying words.
Jack hadn't meant to overhear it. But despite the seriousness of that moment at the end of time, he has remembered what Martha said. He has known for years (or millenia, depending on how you count it) what his last words would be. There is no Doctor or Martha Jones here to bear witness to them. And the person they are meant for might be too far away to hear. But he speaks anyway.
"You are not alone."
The beams hit. Jack's body falls, and this time, he isn't getting back up on his own.
Due to the restrictions of the Time Agent Job, casting Life will not work on Jack Harkness.
Re: 2/2
Chiaki's hand reaches out toward his in vain. He was one of the first friends she'd made in this unfamiliar place, and one of the only ones who was always willing to take her utterly at face value. To lose him meant losing part of her new home, and for the first time the young AI keenly feels what it's like to have a part of her heart ripped out. She's witnessed deaths before, to be sure, but this is the first one that really affected her on such a deep, personal, almost primal level.
"...Don't worry. I'll finish what we started."
Turning slowly back to Kalki and Bahamut, Chiaki begins to sing The Melody of the Calamity, gesturing seamlessly with her hands to weave a spell during the song and dropping a Holy spell on Kalki. She's just as full of hope as ever, but it's tempered by the sorrow of loss. Kalki is about to see just what happens when you push Chiaki too far. Some hearts are stained too black with madness and despair to ever be healed by hope, and those people must go the way of Junko Enoshima. For the good of the world.

"Kalki! You're not going to get away with this!"

Levy cries out as she turns her magic on Kalki herself next, using back to back Nosferatu spells enhanced by Ignis to both heal herself and damage their enemy. There's no way Bahamut will go down if they ignore Kalki now.

((ooc: Deflect is an offensive parry where attacks dealt to Jaune are automatically parried with the damage being dealt back to the attacker.))

Instead she ran up his back and vaulted off of his head, aiming to stab Ramza-Kalki out of the air with her hidden blade while her free hand once more raised the special crystal. Hopefully she wouldn't just vanish before it could be used this time.

It just had to be Tear's platform though, didn't it?
The splash damage from Akh Morn hit hard. That large cut of health took Sephiroth's breath away enough for the swordsman to be forced to a knee. But he was able to have that next breath, which was the difference from the death before. Staggeringly he took that next breath in and held it firmly, only a moment later releasing it as he forced his aching frame back up and hoisted Masamune back into his signature ready position.
He glanced around, but really, if anyone on this platform had been taken out there wasn't anything at all he'd be able to do for them. He was one of the hard-core fighters here, and he had to keep that up right til the end. There was a warm hum starting to accumulate just beneath his skin, the tell-tale sign that his limit was building despite the slow-burn to it that came with the custom job. A double-edged thought; though he had his reservations about that particular 'limit break' maneuver of his, it might well be the devastating damage they need right about now.
A potion was quickly downed and the bottle discarded into the abyss as Sephiroth made to leap back in for another attack, glimpsing Mary just in the corner of his peripheral vision.
Octaslash was unleashed on both Kalki and the Calamity Bahamut, using the momentum to get enough force to propel himself backwards afterwards, finding another platform on which to land.

That was all he could manage when the Akh Morn hit the platforms. Heroes down, Kalki back...Kalki was back. That could be their chance. They just had to live a little longer.
He cast a Curaga on Tear and Johnny, two that he saw were near death. "Get the others, Jade!"

Watching Jack die for good was unpleasant to say the least, but they couldn't afford to be distracted now. Jade worked in tandem with Barkeep, casting Curaga on Reno and Minato. He was admittedly a little worried about letting Sephiroth go unhealed -- especially given Bahamut's attack just now.
It had been the same move as before, only more powerful and with a wider area of effect. If it kept following the same pattern...
"It's going to be worse next time! Don't let your guard down!" Granted, he didn't actually know for certain if it really would get any stronger, but in this situation? Better overly cautious than reckless and dead.
