Where: Aqures Tosf.
When: Night of August 03rd, twenty-eight years in the past.
Summary: As the Heroes of Light were transported to the past, it is now the conclusion of their time travel adventure. It is the final night of the Festival of Light and the city is filled with visitors-- As such, it is estimated there are currently at least a few million people on the Island. Can they be saved?

I am a baroness, you know. My family swore fealty to the Duke of Arylle. When I was... young, mercenaries invaded Arylle, and my parents had been tasked by the old Duke to protect his heir. I did not know that at the time, only that there was an army approaching, and my parents were preparing for battle, but would not permit me to ride with them.
They tasked me with escorting the household staff to my uncle's lands, but I knew they had sent me away to save my life. I was their only child, and they wished me to grow to have the skill I would need to govern and protect our barony and serve our Duke, and our Emperor.
It is not cowardice to follow one's duty. That is what I learned from my parents.

I-I don't care about duty...! I-I won't let them die because y-you think it's the right thing!

... my parents died deaths worthy of heroes, and I have done all that I can so that this was known. But... I would have rather they waited to die when I was old enough that they could see me become a hero myself. And they would rather I live until I had the skills to fight my own battles.
Choices such as those will never be easy.
