Characters: Everyone!
Where: Aqures Tosf.
When: Night of August 03rd, twenty-eight years in the past.
Summary: As the Heroes of Light were transported to the past, it is now the conclusion of their time travel adventure. It is the final night of the Festival of Light and the city is filled with visitors-- As such, it is estimated there are currently at least a few million people on the Island. Can they be saved?

[Terra watches the hero move from the corner of her gaze. She remembers the infernos of the last battle she had shy away from and she isn't going to do that here. A palm holds out to her side as she casts ultima at the cluster of monsters in front of Yuri.

It should hopefully give him a second of breath while letting the civilians escape.]

[dammit_flynn]

[ Well, the help was appreciated really. All Yuri could do was whistle at the amount of energy she just used to clear the cluster of beasts away from him. It did give him a chance to breath and he appreciated that. ]

Looks like you found your fight back!

[ He shouted with a wave towards her and a big grin on his face. ]

[Terra isn’t sure if she can smile but seeing his grin certainly helped. She feels a lighter than before and by the time she reaches his side there is a small hint of a smile on her lips.]

I’m glad you’re okay. [She pauses, glancing around at the enemies.] I guess I got tired of over complicating things.

[It’s her way of telling Yuri that he had helped and she is grateful for that. She’s grateful to all the heroes in some way or another and she counts herself lucky to know them, fight with them and learn with them.

Her thoughts are quickly pushed aside as she rises protect over her and Yuri.]

[ Yuri just kept his usual grinning face. ]

It’s great to actually get some back up here!

[ He replied ] I’m glad that you are in one piece. Heh, is that it? Well, this won’t be over complicated since all we got to do and clear these things from here. Good to hear that you got around to everything.

[ He mused as she said that. Buffers are definitely a plus for Yuri. He felt better with protect backing him up. He was glad that Terra was able to get through with whatever she was struggling with and working with him. ]

Let’s get this party going!

[ There goes Yuri flying at another group of beasts. ]

[Terra just smiles and watches as he launches himself forward. She'll supply back up and use her magic to heal should be get to hurt. She's used to using her magical skills and it shows as the two skills flow easily from her finger tips.]

Yuri! To your left!

[At that moment Terra sends a wall of flame to his right, heating his back but protecting him from the beasts there.]

[ Perfect! Just what he needed and he didn't have to voice that to Terra. She knew him enough to back him up. Of course, the mass of monsters in his area were pretty much annihilated in a matter of minutes. He grins as he spun his sword around pleased with himself, before she called to him and he would only whistle at the amount of magic she used to destroy the beasts. ]

Nice shot, Terra! You sure got some good magic there!

[ Yes he's impressed! ]

Also since this is just fighting we can end this whenever :p

[She smiles though her gaze is on the monsters. They seem to be never ending.]

We should fall back.

[They need a position that they can defend and in the middle of an open area isn't one.]

I feel like in the next two posts or so after they retreat we can end it?

Looks like most of the folks got out of here safely so that should be a good plan.

[ He replied, though he could keep going, he didn't want to put his ally at risk. ]

Right, let's regroup with the others and see if we can clean this mess up once and for all.

[Terra nods, taking a half step back with her hand raised before her. Fire dances at her finger tips as if the skill is something natural to her. She keeps stepping back though her sights are on the creatures around them.]

You go, I'll follow.

hahahaah indeed. we can end it after Terra's next tag or end it here?

Nah, I can handle a few too, so let's skedaddle out of here together rather than one at a time. Chances are they might try to separate us.

[ Yuri replied seriously as she said that. ]
