better late than never

Who: Everyone!
What: A week late Halloween celebration.
Where: The Observatory
When: Friday, Nov. 6, 7:00 PM
Warnings: The Heroes and a party. What could possibly go wrong?

On November 5, another letter from Johnny would go out to everyone reminding them of the costume party, and invite all the newbies along as well. Costumes are a necessity for entrance, except for the newbies, since they've only been here a little over 24 hours now.

The Observatory is in its usual party set up, but this time with an added stage area for any musicians who would like to perform. It's also the spot set up for the costume contest later on. The whole place is covered in festive Night of the 13 Moogles decorations, and as always, there's plenty of food and drinks.

[[This is just a general mingle log, and a good way for the new Heroes to meet everyone, so post whatever and have fun!]]

[No, it works. There's something about the Marshal's presence that makes the Barkeep listen. Sparks is a routine hero; he faces the risk of dying or never coming home again regularly. Perhaps, even without the Force Galactic on their side, they can find a way to solve this problem.]

Sure, you are in my universe, but what about yours? And the ones Red and Jim were pulled from, how's everyone dealin' with that?

But...yeah. We gotta get back and save 'em. There's no other way.

[He sighs, and after a moment of deliberation, picks himself up and looks at Sparks.] You have any idea what to do?

[Sparks frowns, because he doesn't really know. There's too much going on. But he's got some vague ideas, at least.]

Unfortunately, we need this planet stable before anything. Can't have this one goin' under while we're tryin' to get back to our own. Then the next thing we need to do is keep the crystals from constantly draggin' more folks here. That's just adding to the number of people 'n worlds we gotta get back in order. After that, then-- [He waves a hand in a vague motion.] Y'know, we'll work on the gettin' home part. Reckon it's all tied up in crystals, if anything. Everything 'round here is all about crystals.
