When: February 1st - March 4th. New characters may wake up any time.

Summary: The new Heroes of Light awaken from Crystal Stasis and might find themselves in quite the predicament. Are they in Aqures Ixen, the desert, a forest or a completely empty plain? The choice is yours! You can have your character wake up anywhere, so long as the location is not sealed away (such as the Floating Ruins).

Please refer to the Information Post for more information regarding the state of Crystallis. Fear not however as soon a Moogle and maybe your friends shall come to you. Indeed, Heroes of Light in Aqures Ixen have access to a map that show them whenever a new Hero of Light appears.The Moogles are using it to quickly find any newcomers, but nothing prevents other Heroes of Light from using it to go to the rescue! The exception to this are characters who were formerly in the game: they will wake up from Crystal Stasis in the Hospital of Aqures Ixen.

Furthermore, feel free to plot out with players already in-game if you want for them to come and search for your character, find them, and plot their escape from a particularly dangerous place and the likes!

[Anyone approaching the Observatory can smell the meeting long before they enter the building. Mordecai and Ellena worked hard the past several days cooking dishes for the Heroes and any guests they brought, resulting in a tiring contests of who could cook the most.

Dishes from Mars. Dishes from Ellana's world. Pastries. Any snack the two of them could find the recipe for. If there were some people that were unsure whether to come to the meeting or not, free food is the strongest argument.

The largest meeting room is prepared with tables and chairs for everyone to sit down, with sofas lining the sides. When everyone settles down and grabs a plate, Mordecai steps onto an area at the end of the room devoid of tables and chairs.]

Alright, alright. We got food in our stomachs, so it's about time we get this started.

Now, we all know why we're here. Palitutu's comin' in less than a month, and we still need to come up with a plan of attack. Seein' how big this team grew, there's gonna be a wide differences in opinions. Last thing we need is all of us disagreein' on what to do at the last minute.

We have plenty of reason to believe that she's not gonna listen to anythin' we say and kill us at the start, so we'll need to prepare our openin' move. There's plenty of ways to fight a WEAPON, but we gotta work together to do it in an efficient manner.

[In the backyard of A-13 are two newly-finished motorcycles built by Graham. It took him several months of collecting scrap parts from his job at Shoopuff Airlines, and wherever else he could get them. While not as fond of building as he is tearing apart, Graham made the concession to help build the bikes after Reno found him the blueprints for them. The lofty idea of transforming Crystallis by creating an industrial revolution had crossed his mind, but this is Graham Specter, and some other idea distracted him soon after. But at least he managed to get these two bikes done!

While Reno was sent a letter (written by Kuprono, Graham's moogle, and definitely not Graham himself), Cloud shares a house with Graham, and Kuprono alerts him to the completed project. Graham is in the backyard, both new bikes and his old one all out on display. The new ones aren't the prettiest things around - considering they're made of of scrapped and reconstituted parts - but they look sturdy and solid enough. Graham himself is sitting nearby, disassembling what his leftover parts into their base components, for some reason. Maybe for later use, maybe just for fun.]

[Graham's not often at the pubs in town, but something compels him today to visit the Space Saloon. He seems to be in a rather cherry mood, if you can get past the fact that he is still tossing around his giant, intimidating wrench around like it was nothing.

He plops down at a bar stool to make his order.]

Summary: About a week ago, a certain file containing highly-sensitive and potentially damaging information regarding a particular Hero of Light was made available publicly while it's owner was off working at Esdham. Now that Sephiroth is back in Aqures Ixen, this is a matter (ie. locking it back up) that takes priority. However, there might be a few individuals who take the opportunity to address it, for good or ill.

[It’s that time again. The morning of the 12th, the Barkeep collects the Heroes that volunteered to explore the sewers of Aqures Ixen one last time and reviews their supplies at the entrance. Last time was a blind scouting mission, but this time, they’ll surely find something. He can feel it in his bones.
Candles, potions, ethers, whistles, dry food – these things the Barkeep has brought. He has a bag of his own things and leaves some of those supplies for the others to take.
The sun is shines bright as the group prepares to enter the filthy streams that run underground.]

[This was a fun idea. The Barkeep may not celebrate Easter - or whatever they called it here - but how can he refuse to build something out of chocolate? That's the easiest quest he had ever heard of. Not easy for most people, but a less of a stressful project for this esteemed cook and househusband.

The difficult part comes from deciding what to make, as that will determine the materials he has to buy for the molds. Still, after buying a large, metal cooker to melt chocolate and tubes for squeezing out little bits for decoration, he sends out a letter to the other four given this task asking them to meet at his place and plan it all out.

He's going to give Moglin the best chocolate statue ever.]

What: A log for everyone to gain the information in the Hidden Truth video tape.
Where: The Observatory.

There had been a flurry of letters sent out from Jack and Chiaki, first to Zelda to ask to borrow the Observatory, and then to every Hero of Light, alerting them that they had uncovered some intelligence received in the Heran Empire before the Capital had fallen to Crystal, and that everyone needed to see it immediately.

Jack, Chiaki, and a few others brought in a screen connected to a machine that some would recognize as a VCR. "With our peace mission to the Imperial Capital over Christmas, we returned with a recording made on 20th-century Earth technology, the kind that doesn't have an analogue on Crystallis. It took us time to build a machine to be able to play it. This information comes from Kalki, recorded what appears to be years ago. We obtained it from the Imperial Spy, Jenni. As of right now, we still have no reason to believe that Kalki is alive. But this comes from her, and I apologize to everyone who might be upset by seeing her again."

With that, Jack plays the recording. He stands by the screen and repeats the words for everyone to hear, for those who cannot understand English. Since Kalki's first words are to explain why she is recording it this way, it makes sense why he has to do this. He keeps his own emotions in check throughout, until the explanation of the Bard song that everyone gets to hear. That seems to upset Jack.

Once the recording is over, Jack pauses. "We will need some help from any other English speakers to create a written transcript of the recording so that anyone can access this information at any time. The tape and player will remain here for any Heroes to review. We ask that you please be careful with the machine."

Finally, Jack sits down to let the room descend into the inevitable chaos.
