Characters: Anyone who signed up for the trip!
Where: The Enterprise / Mysidia.
When: Starting from the 18th of November.
Summary: The first trip to the Continent of Ruins is finally happening! The Heroes of Light, the Enterprise Crew, Cid and O'aka are all onboard for the trip. What will the Heroes of Light find there? [She walks up right as he finishes a round, and even Ven's starting to feel the burn of so much exercise. He's leaning back against one of the handrails as he catches his breath, but that doesn't stop him from instantly giving her a grin when he hears her voice.]

Yunie! Hey! [He nods at where the game has returned to the title screen, announcing DANCE DANCE REVELATIONS in flashy, flashing letters.]

It's a dancing game! I've never seen anything like it before!

[And thus, his playtime thus far is kind of overkill.]

Dancing?

[She steps up next to him, her eyes on the glowing screen while the arrows and lights blink and advertise the game. Yuna’s gaze then shifts downwards where the pad is attached to the machine. She lightly taps one of the arrows and the game responses with a loud booming voice.]

DANCE!

[Yuna almost jumps at the sudden sound before looking over at Ven with an excited smile.]

How do you play?

[His grin widens and he straightens up again, pointing to the cues as he talks.]

It's pretty easy! Well, it's easy to learn, anyway. [Expert Mode? Insane.] You pick a song and the arrows tell you where to step. The more steps you get, and the more on time they are, the better your score. You can play by yourself or against a second person.

[He's already had a few challengers.]

Can I play with you?

[She wonders if she can practice first. After all, Ven's had a lot more practice than she has and she wants to be able to do well. She watches the screen for the 10 second demo that plays before going back to the title screen. She steps along with that for a second and then nods.]

Okay, let's do it.

[He matches her nod and moves to put some gil into the machine, and then scrolls through the different songs. He makes sure to put the setting on Normal Mode this time.]

How about... this one? [A brief sample of the song is played, and Ven glances at her for an opinion.]

Alright.

[Yuna nods her head and then gets ready. She's seen it done and she's pretty good at catching onto things. As the music starts her footing is a little shaky but she slowly begins to get the hang of it.]

[Ven spares a glance her way now and again to check on her as they go, grinning when he notices that she's learning fast. His practice thus far makes his own movements pretty confident, almost casual compared to the previous difficulty he was dealing with.]

There you go!

[Yuna chances a glance over at Ven and then ends up messing up and taking a moment to get back on rhythm. It isn't so hard and she sort of wants to jump in and try a harder difficulty.]

I think I got it.

[Her feet move quickly though she occasionally slips up.]

[Ven grins, but otherwise doesn't interrupt again. The song's over faster than expected, as always, and his side of the screen reports a 100% rating. ~~What even, Ven.~~]

Pretty fun, right?

Yeah and wow.

[Yuna's lips part and her eyes widen in amazement.]

You are really good at this Ven!

[She's only at 85% completion.]

Eh, I've done it a few times. It's a pretty simple beat, too, once you learn it. [Modesty is his name.]

You wanna pick the next one?

[Yuna nods and then scrolls through the songs. She try and finds a cute pop song and does when she runs across one named Butterfly]

Let's do this one!

[She's excited.]

[He hasn't done this one yet, so they'll be on more equal ground this time.]

Okay! Let's go!

[They've drawn some more onlookers, but Ven isn't bothered -- after performing at the Halloween party, something like this is pretty chill in comparison.]

[Yuna doesn't seem to mind the onlookers either, even when she steps on the wrong arrow. It's a lot of fun and honestly she can probably spend hours just playing this game.

Her feet are beginning to fly across the pad and her smile only grows wider. She's just starting to break a sweat when the song comes to it's end. She looks over at Ven with a smile.]

Another?

[She might not ever want to stop]

[Ven doesn't miss a beat in meeting her smile with his own.]

All right!

[She might outpace him soon, as long as he's been going at it, but that's fine by him. It's fun either way, so they can keep going for as long as they're able. (And they probably will.)]
