[The trip itself will be nothing but a pleasant cruise—Nothing out of usual is going to happen and the characters can chose to either sleep, walk or eat in the cafeteria to kill time until they finally arrive. The only noticeable things really are a light bump as the ship crosses the barrier cutting the Continent of Ruins from the rest of the world, and Cid being pleasant and in a good mood for one.

Of course, there's always some sort of party pooper. And Deadpool is just that. For all of the wrong reasons.

"We're not in space! There's no warp drive! Where's Scotty? Chekov? Sulu? Riker? Crusher - the hot doctor, not the whiny brat -? The Reading Rainbow guy? I'll even take Chris Pine! WHO COULD LIVE ON SUCH A SHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM?!"

"Move it along, folks, show's over." Deadmoog replied, shooing people away. "Got it out of your system?"

"No, I still got a list of other complaints, but I can wait until the return trip!" Deadpool said.

"Cid built an Enterprise as well back home. I didn't think the name was universal," said Meteor with a light grin.

"You've been in space?" Albel stared at the strange masked Hero suspiciously. "Was the Enterprise the name of your ship?"

He didn't understand much about space travel and warping and the moon, but... well, actually going there helped a little. It was clear once he'd boarded the Diplo that people named ships that traveled through the air much the same as they'd name a ship that traveled by sea. And Deadpool seemed to already have a crew in mind... or something.

[ Minato really wasn't planning to go on this voyage, and made no promises to anyone that he would. But in the end, some fri people he was concerned about in some form or other had mentioned in passing that they were going... and someone at the hospital managed to read his mind he was worried about something, and encouraged him to just go for it before he regretted it.

Impulse decisions are bad for him, he's learned. Here he was, aboard at the last minute, and hadn't told anyone he knew. He's also looking a little under the weather... Kharon shook his head, a small frown on his face. ]

You sure you don't want to look for them?

[ Matters of pride can be really silly. Matters of pride, like: I don't want to admit the only reason I went on this thing was because I'm worried about people--and why I'm still worried now is because of other people I left behind. Also: wow I feel like garbage rn was it something I ate? ]

Won't you get lost, if you don't tell them you're here and stay around them?

This isn't a field trip, and I'm not a little kid...

[ He sighs, but really doesn't sound like he's in the mood for arguing. Kharon's fretting continues... (If you'd prefer to only talk to either Moogle or Hero, we can place it shortly after Kharon decides to go check around the place anyway while Minato stays put where he is.) ]

[Billy sees the new kid from the hospital. Yes, he knows Minato's name by now, but he still feels a little schadenfreude joy from thinking of him as 'the new kid', because it reminds Billy that he is no longer the newbie at work. He hears the Hero and his moogle talking, and can't help but interject.]

If you're going to be exploring the new continent, you should probably get a heavier jacket. You don't want to get sick running around in the cold.

[I'm not saying Billy is planning on pinning an 'If lost, please return to the Heroes of Light' note to the back of Minato's jacket, but....he's totally tempted to do it]

[Terra isn't expecting him to be here and her tone betrays her surprise. Of course, she isn't the type to just jump on an airship and head out to a new place either. It's all a little new and a little exciting and she's a little nervous.

She isn't on her own since she followed Vaan and she knows a lot of the heroes but it's still a new place; like a whole new world to explore.]

I didn't know you were coming.

[Ray noticed the fact that Minato looked a little under-the-weather, and, as a concerned adult, decided to check up on him.]

Feeling a little airsick there, kid?

Air. Tsubomi's in the air again. And right now, the girl is trying her best not to panic because of that wonderful feeling of acrophobia. Thus, she's keeping to the inside of the ship, away from looking over the edge.

"Sh-shouldn't be too long, right? I mean, i-it's just a normal trip. It'll be over soon..." Tsubomi said, trying her best not to look panicked.

"Try to breathe a little," suggested Meteor, coming up to stand beside her. "And stay to the interior. Look out as far as possible to adjust to the view."

Pyrrha Nikos | OTA

[Pyrrha spends most of her time on the deck of the Enterprise as they're making their way to Mysidia, standing near the side and watching the scenery go by as she enjoys the feeling of the wind in her hair. She looks like she's outfitted for war, as per usual, but the look on her face is nothing short of peaceful and serene.]

Ahh... the breeze feels nice.

[Smiling as she runs a hand through her hair, she peers off into the distance, just as the ship begins to crest the mountain range. The city of Mysidia is visible in the distance, and she leans over just a bit to get a closer look.]

Oh! It's a city!

It seems like there's a lot of life in it as well. That's a good sign.

[ Logen lumbers up from a lower deck. He still is a little unfond of ships. He squints at Pyrrha. Now there's someone excited about something. Well, she looks like she means business. He'll approach her after a few moments of pause. ]

Hmh. A city all right. Looks to be bigger and brighter than... oh, never mind.

D'you reckon they'll think we're raiding, coming in with a thing like this, carrying blades like we are?

[He's never been on an airship so big before. Well, sort of. But he was pretty sure the war class airships didn't really count. Vaan made it a point to watch the flight from any angle he could, watching the land and sea below.]

This is amazing, don't you think, Mont?

[The moogle shrugged.] You act like you've never flown before.

Not like this, no. Smaller airships lately, the bigger ones I was a little pre-occupied to really take in the view.

They are quite grand. I wonder... when I return home, do you think I should bring back some books on airships/

[Tazendra didn't know the first thing about how they worked, but she knew the magic behind levitation, and she was certain the Houses of Hawk or even Orca and Vallista would be fascinated by the puzzle. Perhaps with teleportation catching on, they wouldn't come into wide use as passenger vessels, but they could be grand for cargo, or simply sight-seeing.]

[While most other people are above deck, watching the Continent of Ruins come into view, Graham has been preoccupied checking out the new airship. The crew is smart enough at this point, after weeks of working with Graham at Shoopuf Airlines, to not let him into the engine room. It's a good thing the rest of the ship is so distracting, or else things might have gotten violent.]

Let me tell you a sad story: how wondrous of a creation this is, and yet I can't even get to appreciate the best parts of it? I'm so depressed, I can't even enjoy the rest! Don't they know that I could dismantle the lot of them and leave them as writhing heaps on the floor!? But then I do that, and no one is around to drive the ship, and we all crash and burn and die and a perfectly lovely creation is ruined.

[He flops against the nearest wall. Life is pain.]

[Funny that when the Enterprise was first recovered it had been Sephiroth helping to work on the engine and the concerned moving parts. He'd had to pull out, of course, considering the Battle had been on the horizon and he couldn't be in two places at once but it did leave him to wonder if any of the ideas or theories he'd made notes on had actually been implemented or not.

Most likely not, and the door to those delicate parts of the Airship are closed to him as well - even decked out as he is in his navy-blue, silver-trimmed Major's uniform. Sephiroth looks to where Graham flops down against the wall after his little rant and raises an eyebrow.]

Which would be exactly why the area is off limits, I should think.

[Reno chuckled. He was almost -- almost being the operative word -- getting used to Graham's strange priorities and pouting.]

Pretty sure they're tryin' not ta' tempt you with dismantling the engine. Yer story would kinda end the same way.

YUFFIE - Open || The Enterprise

[Yuffie's still feeling a little sick, her stomach is doing somersaults but she doesn't care because she's on an air ship again and not some stupid rickety ghost ship. Mooshoo is staring at the ninja in wonder as she bounces around the ship's main deck.]

This is great! The wind! The air! Not stupid ocean!

[Despite her love for Leviathan she now has a new appreciation for air ships. She's determined to get over her sea sickness but she's taking baby steps. It only took her a year or two to ride an airship.]

Just Before Liftoff

Robin!!

[Rushing through the crowd, cloak flapping behind him, Chrom does his best to slip through the mass of onlookers as politely and swiftly as he can. Again he calls out.]

Robin! Hold a moment!

[He's got something tightly clutched in his gloved hand, something he spent all morning looking to buy. Even now he doubts his purchase, because she isn't the sort of person who's likely to appreciate jewelry, but even so. He wanted to give her a little something for the journey.]

Jade Curtiss | Open

[Jade's not one to waste hours doing nothing, and so he's brought his work with him. He can often be found in the cafeteria, sitting in a corner with one leg crossed over the other and reading a document. Every now and then Rosepuff gets bored and tries to get his attention, only to be expertly ignored until she huffs indignantly and flies off with a long wailing "kupooooooooooo".

Thankfully, once the Moogle has left he's nowhere near as closed off and pauses to look up whenever approached by anyone else. It seems he's mostly just passing the time.]

Sephiroth || Open Mingle || The Enterprise

BUMP

[It's only a light bump really, but it's the whole ship that seems to bounce and it's more than enough to jolt Sephiroth back from the nap he can't remember allowing himself to take. As soon as he'd come aboard in Aqures he'd been shown immediately to the closet of a room set aside for the higher-ranked members of the military. Well, he had come along wearing his rank as proudly as he wore the well-pressed navy blue with silver-trim colors. His rank told in stripes and with two small medals pinned a little lower down on his breast too.

Said jacket had been hung up and he'd just sat on the bunk for a second-

Never mind that, he's curious instantly over the bump that jolted him back to the waking world. He slips one arm through the jacket, the other drawn through as he exits the small room and being shrugged into place as he walks down the hallway. Hooking the tail of his long silver hair out from inside of it well before he might be able to get anywhere public from where he would be able to see the Continent of Ruin coming into view.

All attention, all possible words are stolen from him as Sephiroth spots the landmass coming into view. Frozen in place even as his long silver hair swishes to a stop at his back.]

Tear Grants | Open

[Seven hours is a long time, but Tear seems to have found a way to keep herself content in the meantime. Having brought a few small books to indulge in, she's found herself a comfortable spot on the deck that allowed her to overlook the ocean if she so desired. And she's not alone either, from the looks of the white ball of fur sitting comfortably in her lap.]

... and that is just one of the stories that originating from the time of the Calamity, kupo...

I see... I hadn't realised this was such a book when I found it. [Whatever it was Sein had just shared, his Hero seemed to have been amused by it as she reaches down into her pack to pen down a few notes.] I thought it seemed a little thin.

[ True to his word, the cadet can be spotted circling around the deck, for once mustering all his strength to appear... approachable enough, for anybody that might be interested in having a chat. It doesn't come easily, but there does indeed seem to be a bit of a progress in his spontaneous greetings and overall friendlier exterior, or perhaps he's simply in a good mood?

There's a little bit more restlessness on Hanafuda's side as the Moogle overlooks the vast ocean beneath their feet, though she manages to keep up appearances in a quite literal manner, that is by proudly donning an outfit no explorer would be ashamed of. She's taken a serious approach to their mission, no doubt, almost buckling under the weight of worn-out tomes on cartography in her possession, but after Umiko's letter full of criticism, the last thing Hana wants is for her Hero to risk looking bad, or irresponsible. ]
