Are other cities with this level of magic and technology?

[Oddly, that's not so much the question in Sephiroth's mind. His is more along the lines of how this new continent would fare now that the Heroes of Light had discovered it? Terrible consequences did tend to follow them around.]

I'm not sure of magic, but the Heran Empire prides itself on its development of technology, particularly of this Magitek kind. I do wonder how their insights might differ if indeed such secrets come from the same ancient race.

Sadly, I doubt we shall ever be in a position to compare them.

I'm guessing this Heran Empire isn't too friendly with that sort of description? Either way, I wouldn't be surprised if they're somewhat just as advanced there as everyone is here.
