Well, you're here now, so you're going. Be smart about it.

[Billy gives the moogle a look that conveys the message 'That's probably going to be your job.' He has an extra white mage cloak in his bag, so he pulls it out and offers it to Minato. Not like Billy wears it, anyways. The first purchase he'd made in Aqures Ixen had been a new trenchcoat with the white mage coloring so he wouldn't have to wear the stupid thing.]

Oh... are you sure? [ Billy doesn't look attached to it (like, at all, given how direct the giving was), but Minato still replied that way as a sort of gut reaction. ]

I think it'd be a good idea, kupo.

... Alright. Thanks, Billy-kun. [ As Minato looks them over again, he internalizes how now he could double-layer nap robes... This power. ] Did you decide to go here earlier on? [ He'd of course hope other Heroes planned out their being on this trip more thoroughly than he did. ]

[Billy waved the robe away. One less thing to carry and for his moogle to harass him to wear.]

Of course I planned. I have a job and obligations. I can't just abandon them on a whim, without making any preparations. [Which was a really self-important way to say 'I had to make sure someone will feed my terrible cat and make sure my house doesn't burn down in my absence.]

[ Minato promptly slips it on for size, and finds it fits just fine; this would work for him. It helped he was okay with its design, unlike a certain someone. ]

You really are reliable... [ He's briefly appreciative he's technically his senpai, at work. ] My plans were... to not go, but I changed my mind. Next time I should probably keep my decisions less spontaneous.

[He raised an eyebrow at Minato.] Did you at least tell your housemates so they won't think you've been kidnapped?

[Well, they were probably smart enough to figure it out if Minato went missing at the same time a bunch of Heroes left for an expedition...although, if the enemy was sneaky enough, that would be the perfect time for them to strike and spirit someone away without anyone noticing. Maybe it was better not to make assumptions about anyone's whereabouts...but would Minato's housemates think of that?]

If you didn't, you should send them a Mog note or something.

Well, I'm used to doing my own thing and they're... adults, who also do their own thing so... [ The trailing of his voice basically meaning: no, he didn't do the thing. Kharon sighed softly. ]

Kupo... just because you're used to it doesn't mean you should stay used to it. Don't worry, I had it covered.

[ Minato crossed his arms, a bit confused. ]

I don't know, I don't think it really matters so much since they're not family or anything but... thanks, Kharon.

Thank God for the moogles. [At least it seemed like most of the especially clueless Heroes got assigned to moogles with a bit of common sense to balance them out.]

Look, people don't have to be family to care if you're alive or dead.

[Realizing that that might sound like Billy cared, he huffed and folded his arms not at all flustered.] ...just assume your housemates need to know when you leave. Otherwise they might assume you're gone and commandeer your stuff.

[ Even his family just lets him do his own thing but... Yeah, Billy doesn't need to know that. Minato sheepishly nods while rubbing the back of his head. ]

It's not like I have much but--that's besides the point huh...
