Hm. Is she around to ask? [ he chuckles> ] Of my friends, I'd probably ask the Dogman. Last friend I had who didn't try to kill me, short little bastard. Probably the best scout I ever met. Real diplomatic, too.

Yes, she is! Although I don't think she'd enjoy the nickname very much. She's actually quite strong for her size. I've seen her defeat Grimm many times larger than she is.

Grim? I thought I was the only one to beat him... pushed a spear right through me!

[ Logen grunts. ]

I don't think you mean a man, do you? Doesn't talk much, rather lanky. Harding Grim?

... Probably not.

No, Grimm doesn't refer to a person at all. That's what the monsters of my world are called. They're like a dark mirror of normal animals - feral, twisted, and extremely dangerous and powerful. I attend an academy that trains people to fight them.

Uh. Sounds pretty bad. Kind of like the Shanka, I would guess. They're almost human, except only the bad parts.
