Hm.

[Albel next draws Sephiroth's attention with the mention of riding a dragon. There was something you didn't hear every day. But before he could put words together for a reply to that the comment was followed with another question.

Something that reminded him, clearly, of the fact that he were here in his capacity as a Major of Republic of Esdham, as much as a Hero of Light. Though, he hadn't heard anything more than everyone else with regards to specifics.]

I'm afraid I'm as blind going into this as the next person. Caution is most certainly the watch-word for this first contact.

[And then he's back to looking out of the window again. Sephiroth's eyebrows are lowered a little as already he seems to be getting thoughts in order for how to proceed once they land.]

[Albel didn't like that, going in blind. Not that he couldn't handle whatever happened -- he just still preferred to be prepared.]

[For what it's worth Sephiroth didn't sound too thrilled over the concept either. Yet, a challenge is always welcomed. It's more a question of if the challenge will deliver a suitable reward. He hopes so, but hope is something he doesn't keep too close to heart.]

By all means. I'm already considering that I might source others' experiences as well for compiling into my report back to command.

At least, preliminary observations.

[As judging by the sheer size of the landmass they're approaching, it's likely a one-person perspective just wasn't going to cut it.]

I'll keep my eyes open and report back to you on the return trip -- if you don't see me sooner.

[Obviously, if there was an emergency or something of huge significance he discovered, Sephiroth would be the very next to know -- if Albel didn't get embroiled in trying to take care of it. But at the very least, Mogdelina had convinced him to bring her along, so someone would be able to inform Sephiroth.]

[Sephiroth nods, both acknowledging Albel's efforts and commending him for his understanding at the same time.]

That would be most appreciative. If we don't manage to cross paths, feel free to forward anything of note to Spencer. He's taking care of things in Aqures for me, but I shall receive it when I return.

[He will keep half an eye out for Albel, though, during the expedition. If only to make sure -as far as he could- that he wouldn't get into any particularly sticky situations. Much as is the case with a lot of the other Heroes who have enlisted in the Military, Sephiroth feels more inclined to look out for them.]

[He thought he'd seen Spencer around, either fluttering nearby Sephiroth or on his behalf. He nodded. All the better to make contact, having multiple options.]

Yes, Spencer is my moogle. He's one of the smaller mogs, he has pale fur and wears glasses.

[Wow, it's been a while since he's had to describe Spencer to anyone. Moogles are a strange little race that seem to know all of those of their species, by instinct, so it's not ever been a need. Not to mention Mognet is a highly efficient way of delivering mail.

Mogdelina. Sephiroth nods a quick acknowledgment; he'll have to try and remember that one. So many have some form of mog and/or kupo in their name.]
