[Just a game, Yuffie? No. This wasn't just a game. This was war. And all was fair in love and war wasn't it?

He narrows his eyes at Selphie as she took her step back and snaps his gaze to Yuffie when she pips up.

Then with nearly inhuman speed Squall cocks the water gun and blasts Selphie without warning, then grabs the water balloon in her grasp and chucks it swiftly at Yuffie.

War. War never changes.]

[boomchucka]

[When Squall got that look in his eyes, Selphie knew that she'd inadvertently turned his switch on. Thankfully, she managed to throw her free arm up just in time to prevent taking the full blow of the water gun blast to the face.

The water balloon was taken from her hand moments later as the perky brunette shook the shock from her system. With a smaller water gun in each hand, Selphie shot a challenging look at Squall before nodding at Yuffie.]

Yuffie, get him!

[No prisoners in this battle now. Look out Leonhart, here she comes.]

[Yuffie jumps into the air watching as the water balloon smashes against the ground. She feels the water spray on her ankles but ignores it as she aims her gun towards Squall.

Two against one? Yuffie likes those odds.]

You're in for it now!

[She aims for Squalls chest, not really bothered if she hits Selphie too. All is far in love and war...]

[Squall just barely dodges and makes a dash for a nearby water slide to hide behind the slide for extra cover. Yuffie's aim might hit someone else though.

It certainty wasn't fair they've decided to gang up on him especially since it was their fault he'd been dragged into this but he'll follow through. He might not have all his old skills but he was still a trained mercenary with reflex and tactical knowledge.

He peers out and aims at Yuffie again, shooting before returning to his cover.]

[Squall seems to have forgotten who he's messing with. Selphie doesn't have the aim to get him with her smaller water guns but she does spy an opportunity.

There's a small bucket by a pool behind Squall. Selphie uses her small stature and speed and sprint over to it and with a quick dunking of it, the bucket is full. The perky brunette smiles devilishly as she attempts a sneak attack on her Commander and promptly goes to up-end the contents of the bucket on his head.

But it's not long after that that she volleys another water balloon at Yuffie.]

[Squall sputters and growls, instantly on her after the water gets dumped on his head. Okay, time for no more Mr. Nice Guy. was he ever being nice in the first place?

He turns and grabs her before she can escape, picking her small frame up and heaving her over his shoulder with ease like she's a potato sack.

Ignoring any protests or fighting back from the girl, Squall merely takes her over to the poolside and throws her in.

Game over.]
