Lydia was stifling quiet laughter, at the antics between them. Betel-Po was puffing himself up, and offering a high-five to Lin. "Yep yep yep, they need to be put in their place sometimes kupo, right?" As if he were some great expert on video-games.

"Seems like you guys are having fun." Lydia was glad to see Ira again, and Lin too. "First game?"

"Hers, yeah." Ira was quick to respond, shrugging. Honestly he had gone a bit easier than he probably should have. "Back in the Tower, there was an entire floor for video games, television, and other forms of media despite the... circumstances."

He didn't really know what else to call it, but him rubbing the back of his neck was enough of a clue for his overly curious moogle to pipe up. "Didn't play that many shooters, kupo?" She asked, despite offering the controller to Betel-Po. Lydia might try to not enable, but that didn't mean Lin wouldn't!

Lydia winced in sympathy--she didn't know much of Ira's time, but she could guess from his phrasing it wasn't good. "I got sucked into a video-game in the Neitherworld's arcade one time. Mostly because I was in danger of beating the high-score... Glad I managed to bring the zapper with me, or I'd have been in big trouble. The weapons they let me have in the game were terrible."

Okay, it was also a good thing Beetlejuice had been there to help too, because it meant he could go and find Scourge, and then infect him with his cold.

Don't think you wanna try Lydia in a shooter--she's good at video-games.
