Characters: ERRYBODY
Where: the beaches of Balicea
When: starting June 3
Summary: Johnny headed to the beach and invited everyone along with him. Time to kick back! Everyone is free to make their own prompts in this log.
Warning: gratuitous swimwear spam. Or so we hope.

Maybe the weather wasn't the warmest it could be for a beach trip, but that hardly mattered for Johnny. He just wanted to get out of town for a few days and clear his head from the events last week, and what better way to do it than while relaxing in the sun and sand?

The Hypellos who live there have graciously offered up some guest homes for free, so there was plenty of room for people to stay. The beaches weren't too crowded yet, and the weather was clear and sunny. And once the sun sets, there were plenty of stores and restaurants to see, or maybe even time for a bonfire or party on the sand.

Characters will be able to return to Aqures Ixen by airship on the 5th or the 10th, with enough time to attend the next event. Have at it!]]

[He moves back, he figured it would be a good idea right now.]

Adorable. You keep going so red~ You know if you keep that up I'll just keep going.

[Yuna swallows the lump in her throat and looks back towards the sunset the moment he pulls away.]

I don't know if I'll be able to stop. [She means turning red.

It is strange but Fai always makes her feel a little dizzy when he teases her. Despite the red in her cheeks she smiles at Fai.]

Your teasing might get you into trouble one day.

[He looked back to the sunset himself as he moves his hands, placing them behind him on the ground so he could lean back.]

My teasing will get me into trouble? In what way Yuna-ella? Care to tell me what the future might hold for my teasing?

[Her eyes keep shifting between Fai and the sunset because Yuna can't really decide which is more interesting.]

What if someone gets the wrong idea?

[Her voice is soft though there is humor there.]

Or if they decide to tease you back.

[He paused for a moment, thinking about it.]

Well teasing back would be hard, for one. As for the wrong idea... I guess that is a possibility, but I only really tease those that I know and I'm close to, so there is no problem there.

[He glanced over slightly, giving a small smile.]

[Yuna leans back some so that she doesn't have to turn to talk to Fai.]

I guess that makes sense.

[She pouts for a moment.]

It's not fair that you can tease me but I can't tease you. [She pauses.] I think you're cheating.

[Yuna glances over at him with a smile.]

How am I cheating exactly?

[He looks more up toward the sky briefly as they talk.]

I just do what I do best, not my fault it doesn't work on me.

[Yuna looks at the darkening sky watching as the stars slowly come out from hiding.]

I guess so...

[She is silent for a moment.]

I want to see Fai get flustered too.

[Maybe because it's so hard or maybe because he always does it to her. Either way, Yuna wants to try.]

[It would be hard to figure such a thing out since he;s never been flustered before in his life. Ot at least in that way anyway.]

Well that's your challenge, I guess. Try and get me flustered. That's if you can.

[A small smirk is passing by his lips, he thinks that honestly its near impossible to do, but he'll give her the chance.]

[Yuna looks over at him.]

You don't think I can?

[She wonders what extremes she would need to go to and then she wonders if this is really a good idea. Then she realizes she's to stubborn not to try.]

I might get flustered to but as long as you do then I win? Right?

[He gives a small nod.]

Yes, in order to win you would have to get me flustered. It doesn't matter if you do while trying.

[He doesn't win in that case, but he figures she will never get him flustered so he is very confident.]

[Yuna hums softly.]

That does sound difficult.

[She doesn't know if her heart can take that sort of competition anyway. She sighs softly leaning back and now looking at the stars.]

I give up then. [Which isn't something Fai will hear from Yuna very often.]

Wow, you gave up easily. Not even trying.

[He laughed slightly, leaning back.]

Guess that means I can carry on teasing, right? Yuna-Beauty.

I'm not giving up!

[This will take a lot more thought than she realized. She doesn't want to give up, even with something so silly.]

And I don't think I could really stop you from teasing.

[Yuna sounds like she's half way between upset and flattered. She laughs softly.]

I'll have to think of something good.

[He nodded slightly as he moved to stand up.]

Then I'll be waiting for when you finally think of something.

[While he was in between doing things obviously.]

The sun is down and it's now night time. I think it's time to start walking again.

[This might take longer than she thought but it was at least a goal she can look towards. Maybe the first step is to stop being so embarrassed herself.]

You're right.

[Yuna slowly raises from the rocks and looks back towards the town. Since the sun set all the lights in the shops turned on and she smiled listening to a distant voice in her head.]

It's beautiful. I think that after the sunsets. Cities look like stay skies.

Do they?

[He looked back at the city that was behind then, she must see the world slightly differently than him.]

I just think sometimes cities get busier at night.

[Yuna laughs softly.]

That’s true too.

[She stretches her arms over head before heading towards the rooms they were staying at.]

[Well this would be the first time Yuna would be able to walk fai back to his place. Advantage of people staying in the same inn.]

So...Question. have you enjoyed your trip here?

[Yuna looks up at the sky linking her fingers together behind her back.]

I have. I wasn't planning to come at first but I'm glad I did.

[She wasn't sure if she wanted to see the ocean and to think of home but it wasn't so painful and now she has happy memories of the beach.

She looks over at Fai.]

What about you?

[He gave a small shrug, he had no reasons other than nothing better to do when not working. He wasn't use to having such a long break after all.]

I don't know... I guess I came to get a better understanding of these types of thing. They weren't exactly common things I did when travelling.

[Yuna looks at him curiously.]

No time to relax?

[She remembers his memory wondering if it was always something like that.]

Not really. Before we had to search for something, after that we couldn't stay in a world for too long. Sometimes we could get a break, but never a long one.

[And he didn't really do a lot when on that break.]

I was similar. Though I didn't ever really want a break.

[She pauses feeling her footsteps lightly thump across the wooden walk way.]

It gave me to much time to think.

[Yuna is known for over thinking things.]

I think after a while one just gets use to always working, never really taking a break.

[He looked up at the sky as he walked.]

Don't think too much, someday your brain will hurt.
