You'd be surprised. Some people are stubborn. Or don't believe they'd get hurt.

We can try, but don't expect this town to be 100% evacuated.

When the fighting begins they might want to leave.

[Yuna spoke plainly but she is a little annoyed that people would be so foolish to stay. There homes aren't worth their lives. Homes can always be built again.]

Maybe we can go convince them?

Yeah, once they see shit gettin' real, they may want to book it. And we should be ready with a way to help 'em with that. Maybe a door-to-door thing is a good idea, but I don't really think I'm the guy for that job.
