[Levy had spent most of her time leading up to the battle reading and memorizing important texts at the library, and then helping Alice to get them to a safe place while barricading the building itself. But when the attack starts in the northern districts, she doesn't feel right about just holing up and hiding. Her guild mates are probably out there fighting, and she has no right to do any less than them. When she arrives in the 13th District to see the mechanical monsters the Empire is sending, and Ib bravely facing them down by herself, her first reaction is understandably one of panic.]

Ib...! Hang on, I'm-

[...coming. Levy doesn't even manage to get the entire sentence out before the young wizard springs into action, dual lightning bolts streaking through the air and slamming into the X-ATM110. She's left speechless and staring at the display for a moment before she shakes it off and joins the fray.]

...I'll help too! Thundaja!

[Levy isn't half as experienced as Ib herself, but she does at least have the benefit of multi-target elemental spells behind her thanks to her training as a Black Mage. One bolt of lightning follows Ib's pair and jolts the huge war machine, several secondary bolts shooting off to target the various other mechs in the area.]

[Yuna has followed the monster from the district she had been protecting. Surprisingly it passes right passed her and so she leaves the shop and those hiding there for Fai to defend while she runs after the machine. She'd be back... she promised.

When she finally catches up she runs forward jumping onto the machine and then over after the strikes of lighting hit. Her gun come up shooting rounds that sink into the metal as she shoots. Gunner is what she is used to and the abilities make her smile as she see the bullets sever parts of the machine.]

Made it!

[She smiles at her two guild mates.]

[Kobato had been running around almost like a headless chicken. She hadn't a single clue how to really help without asking and joining in just seemed kind of rude. But she knew that well... She kind of had to if they were going to do there best in protecting this place. As she ran, staff firmly in her grasp she couldn't help but notice someone attacking the temple.

As a summoner herself she couldn't stand for it and upon seeing there were already others there she started to make her way over, casting protect just as she got closer before running out of breath.]

I-I'm sorry for just joining in, but... I thought you might need a White Mage... I hope you do anyway.

[And quickly joining the fight is Tsubomi, aiding her guildmates as she rode on her Chocobo. Once she got close, she stopped by Kobato's side, then cast Thundara at the robots.]

D-Don't feel bad. We could use all the help we can get to protect everyone and this city!

[[He couldn't do much at all.

But he was going to do what little he could anyway! This place brought him here for a reason, after all!

It was with that thought that he quickly descended from his high jump, piercing at the machine with all he had. He leaped back and landed beside the others, trying to keep his wits about him.

Heh. This wouldn't be too bad? R-Right?!]]

[Ib was doing her best to be brave, but she can't hide the relief on her face when she is joined by her friends. Between all of them, surely they can beat this thing. She gives Garry an encouraging smile.]

That was great!


[Her enthusiasm might dampen a little once she notices that all the damage they've done is slowly repairing itself. And now it begins it's counterattack, slashing out at Levy with a massive metal claw.]

Aaaaaaah!

[Levy cries out in pain as she's swatted aside like a fly. Landing some distance away, she manages to slowly struggle to her feet. A Fairy Tail wizard doesn't go down that easily, but she's definitely not looking good. Even still, she doesn't intend to give up here.]

Ngh... that hurt...

[Wincing as she staggers a bit, she flips open the book she's carrying with her, keeping her distance for the time being and casting an Enlightenment effect on her allies, doubling the attack power of everyone else in the fight.]

Levy!

[Yuna shifts her weight from foot to foot before running up and jumping up on the machine. Her gun fires out below her and her gaze keeps a look out except that she is quickly shaken from the machine's top.

She tumbles to the side and falls to the ground hoping that her bullets are able to do more than just let the machine repair it's self.

[Kobato was pretty good at running around at this point as she was the first to run over to Levy, casting a cure spell when she got closer.]

There we go, does that feel better?

[She thought she might as well check first before she starts to think of what to do next. After all she wasn't a fighter, she was the support.]
