[Cloud chuckles and flashes a warmer smile at Zelda, still embarrassed but feeling a little less under foot.]

I almost did but Mako stopped me before I hurt myself.

[The blonde scratches the back of his head, running his fingers through his hair. He's been running around keeping himself busy a lot lately and it looks like he's a bit overdue for a haircut. Moreso than usual.]

So what sort of things did you two set up? Do you really think this place will get attacked?

[Zelda tilts her head to the side.]

If not I'm going to lure them here. [She's already decided.]

Um... let's see.

[Zelda pulls out a map with a bunch of notes written on it mostly from Ophelia.]

Outside--low maze of trip wires about 2ft off the ground along the floor to the stairs.

1st floor: Trip wires at ankle height at each entry way. Trigger a very basic smoke-bomb when tripped in rooms 2-5. There is a rigged up net of sharp and annoying objects to drop on intruders in room 1 there are trip wires at the entry to each stair well. Between the 1st and 2nd floor, the 3-5th steps are greased to increase slipperiness

2nd and 3rd Floor: Small cloth-bags filled with glue on the floor to be stepped on, and sharp-things. Stairs between floors are booby-trapped with grease--this time the 6-7th step. There are again, Trip-wires at each entry point the 3rd floor also has a disguised, weakened hole in the middle, whereby people will fall to the second floor.

[He trails off as she pulls out the map and reads of the list of traps. His eyes widen almost comically as he listens to the whole thing.]

Wow...Remind me never to get you mad at me. Even so, don't take any risks you don't have to, okay?

[She smiles.]

Most of these aren't my idea. I'm going to be using my master illusions skills inside of the building and right outside. From the top I would be able to see them and lure them into the traps.

[Ophelia really went over bored.]

That's...actually a really good plan. Just make sure you have someone to watch your back and you should be fine.

[His smile is a bit more encouraging this time. His suggestion isn't really because of worry so much as it's just a good idea when carrying out an operation like this.]

If you need help, let me know. I'm going to help defend what I can, but I need to be ready for Jessie's plan.

[He doesn't plan to hide, but if he gets hurt, captured or killed then the rest of the Heroes will be in trouble.]

Ophelia will be there and my loftwing. So I will have a way to flee if need be.

[She smiles at his worry, it was sweet.]

Just don't run into anything, there is a lot around here.

[Let's hope he doesn't get hurt before the battle even begins.]

That's good. And I'll watch my step. Last thing I need to do is get hurt and ruin Jessie's plan.

[He laughs but he is seriously debating how he can best try to help everyone until the plan begins. As much as he wants to help defend the city he has to keep his own protection a priority.]

[She looks down at his things and her smile turns from warm to wistful.]

Do you need help preparing anything? I have items and weapons here still. They are in the armory down stairs.

I think I'll be fine. If you have any potions to spare they may come in handy though. Beyond that I have everything I need. We just need to be able to outlast the invasion.

[Easier said than done but it's the truth.]

There is never any need to do that Cloud.

[With that she leaves him to his work and goes to check on the traps. She’s sure she can take a few of them down until the Empire is at least sighted. She doesn’t want anyone getting hurt.]
