Summary: People have died, now they're back with a need to kill those who didn't die. Well, kill them if they have to at the very least. The OOC Post for detailed explanations can be found here.

[ This thread is for Yeul and Saori meeting the Heroes of Light in Aqures Ixen. ]

Yeul

[Her steps are silent as she walks from the city edge towards the crystal of fire. The vision that she saw left her somber and pensive. The young seeress is determined to impart enough knowledge to those chosen heroes to avoid that future.

Yeul stops at the edge of the commotion around the crystal of fire and waits. One hand rests over her heart as she silently watches the moogles and people passing by. She wants to see a future with everybody smiling.

She is wrapped in a dark cloak that almost matches the hue of her dark blue hair. Her hair is left loose to blow in the wind while her expression remains serious. She looks out for Hibiscus who had been left alone after her death but frowns slightly when her moogle doesn't come into view.]

MarKus, still perfectly oblivious that he has a 2nd job (not that he can swap to it anyway), is already ready for as much battle as a blacksmith can be... by class anyway. MarKus is on that border between excited and nervous... he's never seen this kind of thing without a Belt or a Robot.

But looking about he spots that mop of blue hair that should not have been there. In seconds MarKus is hurrying over, letting his hammer fall to the ground instead.

"Hey! Y-you're back? Or... wait... You didn't go HOME?"

Yeul

I did not. I was dead and then I woke in the forest.

[Her tone is its usual calm timbre but she looks worried and he might notice the glimmer of fangs as she speaks.]

I saw destruction. I need the other heroes to follow me as well as you, it is the only way.

[Yeul gestures in the direction of the forest. She is relieved that it is MarKus who had spotted her first because she has already told him of her power. Now she just needs to convince the others so that they follow her as well.]

"So... you SAW destruction. Well... looks like it's time to prevent it. Seeing the future never makes it absolute." God damn did he have confidence. That is, unless this is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

"Alright... let me go talk to some people and I'll try to bring them along. But... you're doing okay, right?"

Her hand dropped from her chest as her eyes gaze up at MarKus. "The world was like crystal and then shattered as if glass. Nowhere in safe." Yeul was serious but since these were topics she was used to talking about she still remained calm.

"I am well." Her little hands formed soft fist as her vision replayed within her memories. She didn't know what it meant. "The future is always changing."

"Yep, always. Even when you see the future, we can change that too!" he says, reaching out and at least trying to put a hand on her head.

"Well listen, if you need someone to follow... I will. I trust you. I'll try to get some others to come along too, okay?" he boasts, trying to reassure her.

[Ashelia doesn't notice Yeul's arrival immediately. When she does, though, she approaches the young woman, eyes narrowed.]

Are you one of those spoken of in the letter?

Yes. I am Yeul. I will guide you.

[She keeps her tone calm while her words are direct. Yeul will answer questions but say no more than that.]

Yeul. [Ashelia means to nod in a courteous greeting, but something about the girl's demeanor gives her pause.] I am the Lady Ashelia. Where are you guiding us to?

[Yeul turns and points off into the distance. Her cloak and hair fanning out as she moves.]

To the forest edge.

[When she turns back around Ashelia might notice a hint of pointed canines.]

The forest? [Ashelia follows Yeul's gaze, and looks back at her just in time to see a flash of the canines. Creepy...]

The others who have...returned? The letter stated you have found a cure for the sickness.

( yuna had been pacing for a little while after their call to the crystal. it was obvious that things were coming to a head. their powers returning, people dropping dead... it was all so unsettling.

near the crystal itself she turned, and paused, eyes going wide. it couldn't be... she drew in a sharp breath -- ) Yeul?

Yes. I have been sent to guide you.

[Her tone is its usual calm timbre but she looks worried. Yuna might notice the subtle glimmer of fangs as Yeul speaks. She is scared but her face doesn't betray her own fears.]

[grandsummon]

( what was that? a flash of something made yuna's brow furrow in worry. she hadn't noticed that the small girl had fangs before... had she missed that somehow? Or maybe she was seeing things... )

Guide us? But you -- I saw when you... ( was she some sort of unsent...? )

That's right.

[Yeul doesn't know if Yuna had seen or read the letter that went out days before. So she tries to think of the best way to explain.]

Everyone is waiting in the forest. We need your help.

Saori

[Rather than use the walkways towards the Crystal of Fire, Saori takes a route over the rooftops. Her footsteps are light and she's there in no time at all. The rush of free running reminds her home. Soon, she reminds herself, she would be back home with her own family. Now it's a matter of convincing the other heroes. Hopefully no one would be dumb enough to attack them. They needed all the heroes they could get.

She gracefully lands a few feet away from Yuel and removes the hood hiding her face. Her eyes watch the people and moogles passing by. Once in while, they glance towards where Yeul stands. Should someone lay a hand on her, she'd be ready to retaliate. Still no sign of her own moogle, Brigid just yet but it's no big loss. for now. ]

Saori

[Zelda catches sight of the two and after hearing about the disappearances she isn't sure how to approach. She watches them curiously for a moment before walking closer. She has been trying to keep track of the heroes and events of late but after the strange letter she received she was only more confused. She carefully walks over to Saori, her expressions measured.]

You are? What are you doing here?

I hope this is alright.

[Kairi paused the moment she saw the other. It was her room mate and one she knew had gone recently. But here she was in the flesh and she couldn't help but be somewhat happy about that. She looked over at the other when she asked who the one before them was as Kairi stepped forward, her armour clinking as she took the steps.]

She's a friend, a friend whose my room mate but... I thought she had gone. [So she wondered the exact same thing, but she figured the letter had to have meant something, right?]

I#m sure there is a reason they are here, we'll just see what happens.

[needsteaplz]

[When Saori sees the two, there's a small smile on her face. Part of her hopes that they will be convinced to help them or else her hand would be forced. She frowns on the idea of attacking her fellow heroes and hopes that won't happen tonight for their sake.]

Kairi, I'm glad that you're okay and I'm truly sorry if my disappearance cause you any trouble. Yeul and I were tasked with escorting the remaining heroes here to where the rest of us are. We could use everyone's help.

Follow you where? Is everyone okay?

[Her gaze moves from Kairi over to Saori. She isn't sure what is going on but she knows about those who have gone missing.]

Saori

[He's scanning over the group of heroes again, checking how many have arrived and gotten better. This time, he notices two figures out of the corner of his eye: a woman he isn't too familiar with but recognizes as one of the heroes and Saori.

Wait a moment. She died recently! And she's already this well?]

Saori! [He walks up to her.] Already feeling better?

[She gives him a small smile.]

Hello, Ales. Well, considering I died and got better, then I suppose the answer is yes.

Yeul and I here, as Satoru's letter promised, are here to escort you guys to the solutions for our current problems about the crystal, the sickness and perhaps maybe even more. It's rather complicated and to be honest, the others in the forest are much better at explaining it than me. Also, we need more manpower to make sure it's successful.

[umslay]

[The Crystal is much more important, now that he knows that the others are alive.]

Are those behind stealing our crystals behind what happening now? [He gestures at the brightly-glowing Crystal of Fire behind him.]

I might be able to help out, if you need anything built.

[She does glance up at the state of the Crystal and then back to Ales. There's a worried look for a brief second before she shakes her head.]

No, as far as I know. As for the crystals that belong to heroes, they are safe in our possession. Your help would be much appreciated, Ales and I thank you for volunteering.
