[Kobato simply wondered around, looking rather amazed at the place she had found herself in. Exploring places was simply amazing and it helped her learn more and more about the world and what it was like.

It made her more determined to help out the best she could. Taking a few steps further she was quick to notice someone.]

Zelda stepped up to the pony with a smile. "It means you need to be careful. There might not be pony's like you here and some might try and kidnap and sell you."

She had some ideas on who or what this Sage could be but Zelda was going to keep them to herself.

"How long have you known of the Heroes of Light? Are there legends here as well?" If there are then Zelda's going to head straight for the library to learn more.

Central Plaza

It really is. I wonder how long it took them to make.

[Kobato was already standing there and had been for a good five minutes. Looking over slightly she smiled at the other.]

I wish I could do something like that, but maybe someday. What about you? What do you think is amazing about it?

[The last person one might probably want to see is coming in to have a look around. her personalty seemed a little more serious than it was usually at home, but Minako was doing that in respect more anything, which was rather hard when the person you do not like is here as well.]

[Yugi was already pinged when he saw the words Gaming Central himself and had already found himself wondering into the place to simply have a look around. At least that was all he was hoping to do. As he wondered it didn't take him long to see a fellow gamer and it was enough to make him walk on over with a smile.]

MAGITEK RESEARCH

[Yuna hasn’t really studied since her training as a summoner and even that hadn’t been very in-depth considering the scarcity of books in Spira. She reads from time to time now, mostly due to Levy’s influence but it is experiments and technology that draws her attention and focus. She’s helping in the lab as a part-time assistant and since then has learned a lot but there always seems to be more.

What secrets are here?

She looks over at two people talking about some ancient device that has been found at the excavation site.]

It’d be amazing to see what they found.

[Celes is floating next to her so it doesn’t look like Yuna’s talking to herself however it doesn’t look like she’s talking to the floating moogle either. Even so he responses with pout as if his overall displeasure must be repeated.]

There is no Blitbzball, kupo.

EXCAVATION SITE

[Yuna slowly makes her way out of town. Along the way she finds the guards sleeping at their post. Obviously it must be safe to go further though the sphere hunter is still warry of monsters. Celes is back in the city, he’d asked Yuna to summon him if he’s needed otherwise he’ll be seeking out the other moogles who live here.

She steps through the ruins noting those who have been digging and exploring the ancient city. It’s truly beautiful and she’s reminded of the many ruins found all over Spira. Cultures and memories of the lost should be found and she finds it interesting as she walks deeper into the site.

Yuna wonders if they can explore too.]

GAMING CENTRAL

[When she finds the gaming area there is a smile playing across her lips. She wonders if Minato is around because they’d probably have a way to charge his music here. She looks around at the games wondering what they might have or how to play. She’s heard about a lot of different types of games but this is the first time seeing them.

It’s a little over whelming.

She doesn’t even know where to start.]

Umiko | OPEN

EVERYWHERE

[It isn’t hard to spot the bright glint of orange hair among the crowd or the moogle floating by her side. Umiko has a wide range of tools and reading equipment with her while Rudder has other implements strapped around his fuzzy body. For a cartographer this place is a dream come true. She knows she’ll have to return to Aqures but she wishes that she and Rudder could just move across the sea to this town. It isn’t perfect, no place is, but it’s an adventure.]

Rudder! Look.

[Umiko points her finger out at one of the shops with a wide grin. There is no communication, that she knows of, between here and the other continent and yet some things are very similar to what she knows. Rudder just stares as if knowing Umiko’s thoughts and not needing to add his own.]

MOGSHOP UNION

[This is what Rudder has been most curious about. He’s left Umiko to finish gathering data on the city and headed towards the Mogshop alone. He’s floating carefully and silently among the crowd however he sticks out considering every other moogle is walking along the ground.

His wings flutter slowly as he stops in and listens to the rumors floating around, as well as the talks of strikes, there is a soft laugh from the moogles lips.

Somethings never change.]

ADVENTURERS END

[Towards the end of the day Umiko is sitting at a table with her tools and notes spread out over the surface. She’s made no secret that she’s drawing a map of this city and she was even able to find a few maps drawn by the local populace; including a weather map which she’s going to keep for her own records.

This seems like a perfect place to work with people from all over coming and going as they see fit.

There is a beer next to her, the condensation from the glass drips down the cooled edge while Rudder has his nose firmly placed in a book he found at the Mogshop. Small tendrils of orange hair fall in front of her sight and Umiko swiftly pushes them back behind her ear while her other hand pulls her pencil across the parchment.

She looks like she’s focused at work but she wouldn’t say no to visitors or a break.]

[Johnny gives her a flat expression. What sort of high school level bullshit is this?]

I ain't speakin' for someone else's preferences. But if it'll get ya off my back, I'm fine with either girls or guys.

[He seems to choose his words carefully. This is actually the first time he's ever admitted that out loud.

Her last statement doesn't get a response, just a mistrustful look.]

[Ven picks up on the clacking footsteps somewhere nearby, but given the abundance of noise and new sounds all around, he doesn't give it much thought, let alone bother with a glance.

And so with ridiculously bad timing, he happens to swiftly sidestep a Bangaa pushing along a cart -- which puts Ven directly in the path of Yuffie's descent. Good news is, she's loud enough at this point to definitely get his attention and he quickly turns around; bad news is he's still not fast enough to move in time. The most he can manage with that split-second's notice is to bring his arms up in something of a half-catch, but unless Yuffie's particularly quick in her own reaction, they're both going to end up in a heap on the sidewalk.]

[Ven perks up from where he's currently looking through the window of a weaponry shop, needing all of two seconds to place the face that he sees.]

Oh! Hi! [He gives an easy smile, also recalling the Chocobo hunt in particular, and then gives an enthusiastic nod.] Yeah, there sure is a lot to see! Even though it's in the same world, it's pretty different from Aqures. [And that makes it plenty interesting, in his opinion.]

It's, uh... Fai, right? [If he remembers from the campfire talk correctly.]

[He shakes his head, looking annoyed, but also like someone who's used to this.]

The people here are pretty cool otherwise. It's crazy to think they've been here all this time, and we're just now getting here.

[Hope for the planet? Kobato stopped midstep when she heard those words while looking around all the rather interesting games. How do having video games mean hope fr the planet. It just didn't make a whole lot of sense. So she turned her head slightly, looking at him puzzled.]

Excavation Site

[Fai had already been here for a good five minutes studying various bits and pieces. Sure there wasn't much to it on the surface, but deep down he felt like there must be more, but it could take these people time.

Moving to stand up, he placed his hands on waist briefly, pondering on the next thing to do and instead of just looking perhaps exploring. Though went though his mind as his hands were soon back at his sides before turning around, only to come face to face with someone whom he should have guessed would be around.]

I always thought this planet was practically in the dark ages when it came to technology. But these people have all this! Goddamn arcade games! Programming, power sources... We don't have arcades like this back in Aqures Ixen. People can figure out this stuff and take the knowledge back with us.

[He's not the one for the job, but he knows there are much smarter people among the Heroes who could. People with the appropriate Job classes.]

[One of those older games where you're fighting terrorists or something and you have to aim a light gun to take them down as you progress through the stage.]

"That's right." The Bangaa nodded at Zelda's words and looked at Twilight. "Those of you who look like Elezen, I say you should be fine so long as you hid your ears. For everyone else, you're gonna draw the attention of the bad crowd."

The Moogle who was speaking with him moments ago nodded as well.

"You'll be safe in the city, Kupo. But if you venture into the Ancient Ruins and beyond, you should be careful. There are a lot of good people and friends of mine there, but also bad people who try to make easy money, Kupo. Many in Downapolis would give a lot to get their hands on beings from the Outside World."

With that said, the Moogle in the blue dress addressed the question of the Sage "We've known about you for a long time, Kupo! But we never suspected the stories were real until the Sage told us you were coming. The Sage is the oldest one. He's warned us of your coming today and asked us to greet you."
