Where: Order's Sanctuary, The Interdimensional Rift and their Homeworlds.
When: August 03rd - August 30th

Summary: Following the battle against Palitutu, all the Heroes of Light were transported into the Interdimensional Rift. They were told by Palitutu they would have to find her to prove they can break the cycle-- But before they could reach their destination, a malevolent entity from the Rift stripped them from their immortality...

And now, they woke up in a decaying and dying world, most specifically in a place called Order's Sanctuary. From there they are ready to jump... Into their homeworlds! Feel free to use this post for the Mingle at Order's Sanctuary and should your homeworld be the stage for the Heroes of Lights' next adventures, feel free to make a thread for it and as many sub-thread as necessary! Please refer to the OOC Post for questions and plotting.

Cloud managed to miss a good deal of Pinkie's rambling, and possibly for the best considering some of the details that were dropped. No, his attention was mostly on the banner that had been unfurled and the words on it. It wasn't that he had been trying to hide anything but he was pretty sure he hadn't mentioned his birthday to Twilight, let alone to this pony.

"What's going on here? How did you know my birthday is coming up?" He finally turned to Pinkie, wobbling a bit on his excess of legs. This pony thing wasn't so bad as long as he wasn't thinking about it but right now he was pretty well aware of himself and the situation.

"Duh, Pinkie Sense! I'm never wrong when there's a birthday in place!" Exclaimed Pinkie, turning to Cloud. "You must be the birthday pony!"

"How right you are Pinkie!" Exclaimed a male voice that to certain people might sound like Weird Al Yankovic doing a gruff macho voice. A pony in a yellow t-shirt with a rubber chicken on his back placed a party hat on Cloud's head.

"When my Cheesy Sense went off, I just KNEW Pinkie needed me, so I came as fast as my hooves could carry me! I'm Cheese Sandwich, the #1 Party Planning Pony in Equestria! But PINKIE PIE is the #1 Party Planning Pony EVER!"

"Aww you flatterer!" Giggled Pinkie. "So yeah, we'll fire up the party in no time!"

"Pinkie....Cheesy....right....um...." Cloud did his best to back away slowly, which turned out not to be an easy thing to do while he was on four legs. Three steps and he tumbled backwards, landing in a heap.

"Hey now, no time to sit around, we need to get your party going!" Exclaimed Pinkie, pulling on Cloud to his hooves.

"That's right! A super party is just waiting for you." Added Cheese.

After finally finding her voice, Sheena responded to the barrage of comments and questions fired at her.

"It's nice to meet you, too, Pinkie Pie. And thanks." She thinks. "I like curry, I don't have a favorite dress, but I do like kimonos, red apples, and uhhh...Thanks."

Not wanting to be rude, she took one of the cupcakes in her...hoof? Wow. She was starting to get the hang of this. Trotting over to Twilight, she spoke to her out of the corner of her mouth.

"Is she always like this?"

Cloud was still baffled by the mechanics of his body and this world. How was she even pulling him along like this?! He wobbled as he got back on his feet and took a long breath. He planted his hooves down and focused on feeling the ground beneath him. "Right...thank you...I...haven't had a birthday party in a long time."

He did appreciate the gesture, even if this was all incredibly overwhelming. He shot a look to Twilight, begging for a little help.

Fluttershy was not terribly far, and could see easily the others were a bit overwhelmed. Once the two party planners had welcomed him and probably confused him even more Fluttershy made her way over. Ducking her head a bit; while she was used to Pinkie's antics and this group might need someone calmer to help explain, she was still uncomfortable with so MANY new people.

"H-hi. Um...welcome to Ponyville." Her voice is very quiet, but at least she's not mumbling. "I'm sure this must be very confusing to you."

Cloud was busy rubbing his hoof on his forehead, trying to make sense of everything and figuring out how to work this new body. The question of how to use his sword was on his mind, though he was hoping he wouldn't need it at all.

"Thanks. Now I see why Twilight had so much trouble when she first arrived. How do I...Zack! Wait!"

And then there was the gentle tug of a beak clamping down on Fluttershy's tail.

Fluttershy gives a small noise of surprise, mostly because she'd prefer the large bird didn't pull her tail more than anything. "Oh my!" Keeping her tone gentle and moving slowly to face Zack. "Could you please not tug on my tail like that? I understand all of this must be upsetting." Reaching up a hoof of her own to stroke along the bird's neck and chest soothingly. "It'll be alright though. We'll do what we can to help you get through this."

She totally is in her element; sorry for ignoring you Cloud.

Zack tilts his head in curiosity as the strange creature in front of him gently chides him for his actions. He's met Twilight before, and Shining Armor, but ponies are such strange things. This one has wings but it's clearly not a bird!

He watches the hoof carefully but then gives a happy trill as she rubs him, releasing her tail. She's okay he guesses.

"There. I know this must be hard for you, as well as on your friends. Pinkie Pie says you've all been through a lot lately. I hope you're able to find some time to rest and regain your strength here." Fluttershy will happily gently stroke his neck and chest, and then along his crest and above his eyes if he'll let her. Always was more comfortable with animals than with humans.

"My name is Fluttershy, and if you need anything, you can just come find me alright?"

It has been pretty rough, especially for a chocobo, but he's been able to be around wonderful people and he had a wonderful partner taking care of him. And now that Cloud had mastered certain jobs Zack was even better at being able to help out when he joined them in battle.

This pony was a strange thing, but she seemed nice, and she knew where he liked to be petted, so he kept on trilling happily at the attention, ending with a nod at her invitation. "Kweh~"
