Characters: All the Heroes of Light and their Moogles.
Where: Order's Sanctuary, The Interdimensional Rift and their Homeworlds.
When: August 03rd - August 30th

Summary: Following the battle against Palitutu, all the Heroes of Light were transported into the Interdimensional Rift. They were told by Palitutu they would have to find her to prove they can break the cycle-- But before they could reach their destination, a malevolent entity from the Rift stripped them from their immortality...

And now, they woke up in a decaying and dying world, most specifically in a place called Order's Sanctuary. From there they are ready to jump... Into their homeworlds! Feel free to use this post for the Mingle at Order's Sanctuary and should your homeworld be the stage for the Heroes of Lights' next adventures, feel free to make a thread for it and as many sub-thread as necessary! Please refer to the OOC Post for questions and plotting.

"Third?" Kyo echoed, glancing over his shoulder at Johnny. He frowned at the explanation, but couldn't really argue anything against it. From one world to the next, a different place from Earth, or a different version. The shrug was about all the comment he'd be able to give to.

Though he did snort at the mention of a world being fucked up. "Duh. There's nothing perfect," he retorted. Kyo's face flattened. "Careful or the Bitch is gonna think you're complimenting her." As curious as he was, Johnny answered his question about how the group had arrived on Amat.

"That sounds great," Kyo droned sarcastically when Reno mentioned their forced trip here. Not having a choice even. He knew about that and hated it when confronted with something like that. "Right, but whoever is controlling them probably doesn't want anyone having that kind of power. If anyone's actually controlling the damn things..."

At Reno's offer to purchase his friends clothes, Kyo offered a little "heh" and nudged him in the ribs. "Softie," he murmured between the two of them. But did his best not to draw any attention to the action.

"Needle?" He glanced over to K'pandolu again, one orange brow cocked in curiosity (and maybe some caution). Though it dropped again when she pushed the issue about the clothes. "That doesn't matter! It's his choice!" Of course, considering the pink on his face, he might just be embarrassed more than personally affronted.

Though finally his curiosity got the better of him and he picked up one of the items on the rack next to her. "So... uh... the ears and tail? I guess that's natural for you?" Excuse his social skills, but how else was he going to broach the topic?

"Can't blame me for asking..." he murmured at Kyo. After all, 'booby-trap' was a little too on the nose.

But he seemed a bit taken by Miss Kitty, so Maraich took a moment to step closer to Reno, leaning in to whisper privately and quietly between themselves. "Level with me. Would it be worth it to find this portal and try to go with you?"

Maraich knew what this island was like. The collar, the sex, the weird happenings... It could be unbearable at times. Still, he wasn't so naive to think that there couldn't be worse out there. Or, it could be better, and it might be an opportunity to attempt to flee with friends.

"We wouldn't want that," K'pandolu murmured, listening to Kyo's comment about Atia, her eyebrows drawing in.

She grinned at him when he next looked at her, confident. "I'm something of a weaver," she said, raising one hand. "Able to take apart clothwork just as well as put it together. And she giggled, hiding her mouth behind one hand- perhaps she shouldn't push so much, but his reaction was definitely worth it. "Of course, of course."

She flicked an ear towards him as he came up next to her and nodded. "That's right. Just like those rounded ears are normal for you, correct?"

"I can try," he retorted to Maraich with a little grin. But yeah, in this place that probably wasn't the best description to use; they might just end up finding out it was literal. But since Maraich was going to slide over and take a private conversation with Reno, Kyo shifted his attention elsewhere, namely the person he'd been curious about for a while now. Everyone would have to deal with this crazy world soon enough.

"A weaver?" Kyo echoed and looked down at her lifted hand. "That explains the needle." His mind was doing a mental image and it was pretty odd... and interesting at the same time. Since she didn't push the topic, his hackles died away, replaced by a calmer look.

"Uh... I guess?" Odd to think his "rounded ears" were "normal" for him. Didn't exactly come from a place where him being human was considered "normal" in the sense there were non humans around. "Just never saw someone like you before."

Cloud nodded at Reno, appreciating the support, but as Maraich wound his way over, the blonde politely removed himself from that area. He wandered back over to where K'pandolu and Kyo were talking. Even with her jokes he still knew she wasn't about to play any tricks on him, or at least not anything that crossed a line, and Kyo seemed nice enough too.

"It was a little surprising when I met her too. There's some talking animals in my world, but nothing like her. Still, it seems our two worlds are more similar than some of the ones the others we know are from. What about you? Does your world have chocobos or horses?"

"All tools have their place," K'pandolu said, with a grin.

She nodded, expression turning thoughtful. "So- no miqo'te have turned up here before. That's… probably for the best." She couldn't think any of the miqo'te she knew- family or not- would take to this place to easily.

She gave Cloud a smile when he approached, ears picking up. "Talking animals? You never mentioned that before!" But she went quiet, looking back to Kyo to hear his answer to Cloud's question.

Reno glanced at Maraich, somewhat surprised at the question. It made sense, though. Few people actually enjoyed being here. Even for those that tolerated it better than others, Reno was still convinced they'd rather do without the collars.

"Well, their entire world is sort of in imminent danger," he answered softly. "Like, I wouldn't mind takin' ya, but we dunno what's gonna stop the planet from turnin' t' crystal yet. If it was sex, I woulda' found that out already."

So if Maraich did decide to come, he would have to deal with that. It was slightly more stressful than most people wanted to deal with, including the people who were already there.

Cloud glanced back at K'pandolu and shrugged, "They're not really...common? And I haven't really technically met the one I'm thinking of yet. I just know about him because of the others and the thoughts that the Other Me had." He made his reply brief, not wanting to steamroll over Kyo.
