Characters: All the Heroes of Light and their Moogles.
Where: Order's Sanctuary, The Interdimensional Rift and their Homeworlds.
When: August 03rd - August 30th

Summary: Following the battle against Palitutu, all the Heroes of Light were transported into the Interdimensional Rift. They were told by Palitutu they would have to find her to prove they can break the cycle-- But before they could reach their destination, a malevolent entity from the Rift stripped them from their immortality...

And now, they woke up in a decaying and dying world, most specifically in a place called Order's Sanctuary. From there they are ready to jump... Into their homeworlds! Feel free to use this post for the Mingle at Order's Sanctuary and should your homeworld be the stage for the Heroes of Lights' next adventures, feel free to make a thread for it and as many sub-thread as necessary! Please refer to the OOC Post for questions and plotting.

( as he spoke, she seemed to gradually deflate. meeting a familiar face in the last place you saw them, even that had been too much to hope for. ) Oh, I... ( she looked down— ) I'm sorry.

( it was all right. she should have known, really... ) So you don't... recognize this place?

[Squall sighs and looks away. It was awkward and uncomfortable seeing people's expressions fall like that when this came up.

He just....didn't...know her. Why did she have to look so sad? He didn't know how to react to that.

Was this alternative reality Squall really that close to all these people? It was hard for him to believe.]

I'm sorry, I don't.

[grandsummon]

Then... maybe I can help. ( when she looks up again, that sadness is replaced by a kind of determination. if he didn't remember her... that was fine, so long as he was still all right. squall was squall, no matter what — that's what was important. )

This is Order's Sanctuary and... the Cosmos you mentioned, someone must have told you about her, then. But— it doesn't seem like she's anywhere in sight. ( in fact, she had been about to ask you if she was anywhere about... until now. )

[There's a quiet softness to her that Squall finds puts him at ease when she's not looking sad. It was easier dealing with people that weren't acting overemotional.]

Order's Sanctuary. Bartz told me about Cosmos, I'm assuming this place is where she usually is then?

[He frowns slightly.] If she's not here we'll have to figure out what to do without her.

[grandsummon]

Usually... ( she confirmed, giving the place another glance. ) But I'm not sure... this place is the same. You see, every time we all woke up here before our— memories, they were clouded, sometimes even missing.

( and she looks up finally— ) And I remember everything, this time. Palitutu. Ultima WEAPON. That's why we're here.

[shear_trigger]

I see. [That was more information than what he got from Bartz, although he hadn’t had time to talk to him more about all this yet.]

And if we find this Palitutu? What then.

[grandsummon]

If we find her... I'm sure we'll find the way back to Crystallis.

( she didn't have a whole lot to back this theory up except for gut feelings... but when portals to otherworlds started showing up the best bet was probably to ask the rogue scientist. )

That's... where you came from too then, right? ( if he didn't come from sanctuary, then... )

[He frowns slightly at the mention of going back to Crystallis.]

Yes. It is.

[Although, that's where he came from he didn't consider it a place he wanted to go back to...necessarily.]

( there's a thoughtful nod at that. she should have guessed, really. but who could blame her for assuming, waking up so suddenly in sanctuary again like this? )

Well, I... I should go and see if the others are all right. ( they were sure to be around here somewhere too, weren't they? duty of a healer and all. ) And I don't think I mentioned it before but... I'm Yuna.

( there's an attempt at a smile. sorry about that whole... bombarding you with tales of the conflict thing, squall. )

[Squall is silent for a moment and then gives her a small smile and a nod goodbye.]

Yuna. [Seeing as she already knows his name, he feels no need to introduce himself a second time.] Thank you for the information, it's been helpful.

[Perhaps he could find her in Crystallis again, and they could discuss more details about his apparent timeline in Order's Sanctuary.]
