Summary: Following the battle against Palitutu, all the Heroes of Light were transported into the Interdimensional Rift. They were told by Palitutu they would have to find her to prove they can break the cycle-- But before they could reach their destination, a malevolent entity from the Rift stripped them from their immortality...

And now, they woke up in a decaying and dying world, most specifically in a place called Order's Sanctuary. From there they are ready to jump... Into their homeworlds! Feel free to use this post for the Mingle at Order's Sanctuary and should your homeworld be the stage for the Heroes of Lights' next adventures, feel free to make a thread for it and as many sub-thread as necessary! Please refer to the OOC Post for questions and plotting.

[ Here is Mikleo trying not to face palm at the scene that just played out. Clearly, this was a bad time for the two of them to leap into Glenwood of all places. Naturally, he'd be fine with it when people could see him, but now it's funky because no one can see him except Sorey and Rose right now.

He's going to stare at her as she looks around for him. She doesn't look too pleased with the situation right now but at least she wasn't too pissed off. He can't control what his natural abilities are, especially when he's a Seraph and he's not used to people seeing him in general. So having people see him is a bit surprising on his end. He's finally got used to it and no he's invisible again.

Great. ]

It would be helpful if I could with normal means, but I suppose this will have to do.

[ He speaks mostly to himself as he sends a stream of water towards a set of hellions. ]

Twin Flow!

[ And whether she can see that or not, the Hellions get knocked off their feet and backwards. ]

[He's being stared at. So Sorey stares back for a long minute. Obviously she's not a hellion or someone would have spoken up about it by now. It's Mikleo's voice that finally breaks him out of his stunned staring and he moves over to greet the woman. The minute he stops near her, Zaveid has to pop out - lean on his shoulder and make a lewd comment that only Sorey and the other seraphim can hear. Sorey laughs nervously and is a little grateful that most people can't hear or see the seraph at the moment.]

Hey, you're one of the people who came from Crystallis, right? Are you looking for someone?

[Yeah he is not actually going to repeat anything Zaveid says because it's better for everyone that way.

Sorey's eyes glance towards Mikleo when his friend sends a burst of water towards some hellions. He and the new arrival are far enough away that they won't attract the hellions' attention so he can focus on this conversation first.]

[Lust spins at the sudden sound of rushing water, and when she sees what's being hit, her eyes narrow, and she smiles.]

That'll work.

[She flashes a brief smile at Sorey. Friendly fellow, isn't he? But it seems Mikleo has already answered her question.]

I'll be with you in a moment.

[An intense and almost feverish delight shines in her eyes as she unholsters the hammer from her waist. It isn't the piercing weapon she prefers, but if it gets the job done, the specifics don't really matter. Her lips peel back to reveal perfect white teeth, her grin wide, and she's suddenly dashing across the grass to slam the head of her hammer into a hellion's head, aiming to crack its thick skull.]

[Hope they don't need purifying, 'cause uh. Yeah, Lust isn't holding back.]

That's Lust, she's one of the people I know in Crystallis. We jumped into the portals together before we got separated. I think she ended up here after some trouble.

[He muses quietly to Sorey. Not that Lust could hear him to begin with. Mikleo makes a face at Zaveid's comment and fought the urge to roll his eyes at the other's comment. He's going to quietly snap at Zaveid and tell him that Lust isn't a woman he should be messing with. She's quite dangerous and even Mikleo knew that from the moment he met her. Strangely enough, he keeps making contact with all these women. ]

LUST DON'T DO THAT!!!

[ He knew right before she flashed Sorey a smile that she was up to no good. That woman was going after the hellion mercilessly. It was something she was known for and she can't let him do that. He really can't have her killing hellions when they need to purify it. Before Sorey could react to him, Mikleo was dashing straight at Lust getting in the way of her slamming the hammer into the hellion's head.

Instead, he uses his Staff to block her attack before it could connect with the monster. ]

[One minute Mikleo is telling him about this woman and arguing with Zaveid and the next he's rushing off to block her attack that is aimed straight at the hellion. For a very brief second, Sorey can only blink at the scene unfolding in front of him and how Mikleo has her stopped.

He finally realizes what's happening... or he thinks he does, and also rushes over to attempt to put a stop to her actions.]

You shouldn't do that! It's dangerous and they need to be purified.

[Sorey doesn't realize what kind of person this is but he can only tell her what he's been saying to everyone else who finds themselves here.]

Nnngh...what...?!

[The confusion on Lust's face is veering towards anger. She could understand why he might not want her to put a wounded dinosaur out of its misery, because he could heal it. But these are monsters, creatures that he even attacked first. Why is he stopping her now? Lust grits her teeth and pushes back stubbornly.]

[It isn't until Sorey speaks up that her gaze flicks in his direction, and her eyes narrow in intense displeasure. They should know better than to tell someone like her it's too dangerous.]

Purified? What are you talking about?

[She almost growls it, though her tone is still calm and leaning toward detached.]

Explain yourself.

[ Mikleo was spontaneous when he needs to be and this is one of those moments. Clearly, he needs to reconsider a lot of his choices but right now he's more worried about someone being killed permanently because of Lust. He can't have that.

He know she might be angry with him because of what chose to do but he can't really explain it while she can't hear him now can he?

At least Sorey got the memo and was telling her that it needs to be purified. Lust looks really confused. ]

She's impossible as always.

[ He mumbles backing off and sighing. ]

[When the pressure against her hammer relents, Lust stumbles forward slightly before pulling back, her expression somewhere between suspicious and resentful. But at least she's backing off.]

[For now.]

[Don't expect her to keep pussyfooting around if the Hellions come after her, though. They'll deserve everything they get if that's the case.]
