Summary: Yugi asked for help in capturing a monster for him to use for his Beastmaster Job. Now is the time to go out and catch that monster.
Warning: Possible battles with monsters

Yugi felt a little more comfortable than he had a few days ago when he wasn't sure he would even get the help. However he was still a little nervous over doing this. He knew in most games one needs to fight monsters in order to level up, but there was a difference between being in a game and real life and this just reminded him of that. Taking a deep breath he made sure he had enough potions and the like on him as he expected he might need those later before he had made sure that Hikari was staying at home. He didn't want to have to look after her as well as himself, especially because of her flighty nature.

Once he was confident that he had everything he needed, he grabbed his whip and left the house, not even informing the one house mate that he was aware of living there that he was even leaving before heading off towards the crystal of fire. It was the best place to meet and he was pretty sure the place everyone would know to go to. At least he hoped so.

Off To Do Some Sidequest Grinding

Kidd is not expecting to run into any Heroes over the course of her travels, but all manner of things are possible in this world. Her progress will be slow but steady, traveling overland by chocobo for a day to reach Balicae, and then working her way to Aerilon.


Assuming all goes well, she will arrive at Aerilon no sooner than the 16th. She will be spending at least the remainder of the month in that city working with the black market and criminal networks to build her reputation. Those who run into her there will most likely not see her skulking about, dropping off packages, performing assorted thefts and burglaries, or the occasional assassination. What they WILL see her doing is spending her time at taverns or watching people in town, or dropping off a package at O’aka’s shop.

Despite how much she wants to help directly, Bonnie will mostly be on her own for the sake of Kidd keeping a low profile. She will be helping out at the post office and dropping off and picking up any letters at least once per day at a dead drop by the ruins of the police station. The moogle may also try to do some sneaky work of her own, but still needs to work on her subtlety in such matters.
